2 MONTHS LATER
DIANNE'S POV ~
Not many people know this, but after a year or so, the contestants on strictly all meet up for dinner and a catch-up. I'm so excited to see everyone again. I dressed Tegan in an adorable little baby grow, I know everyone is so excited to meet her.

Ranj: what time's everybody going today?
Kate: we're meeting there for 1
Ashley: I'm so excited
AJ: I know, we haven't really met up all year.
Dianne: Joe and I are so excited.
Stacey: Di, are you bringing Tegan?
Dianne: Of course! Everyone's so excited to meet her.
Stacey: Finally!
Lee: I can't make it, sorry 😐
Anton: That's fine. I'm not sure if Susannah's coming, we barely speak.
Claudia: see you there !!!
Stacey: Don't forget Tegan ❤️
Dianne: wasn't planning on it 😂
We got to the venue before everyone else so I could feed Tegan. I finish the feed moments before Tess and Claudia walk through the doors, hand in hand. They immediately come running over to us. Claudia hugged joe and I before gushing over our princess. "Can I hold her?" She asked. Joe picked her up and kissed her cheek before placing her in Claudia's arms. 5 minutes later, Stacey runs in. She ran up to me and hugged me tightly before congratulating us both. She grabbed Tegan from Joe's arms and Tegan fell straight to sleep. She loved Stacey as much as Stacey loved her. Sadly, that peace was disturbed when Tegan woke up crying because of all the noise. She held her arms out for me and I took her from Stacey.
Everyone was here. They all came to meet Tegan, with Ranj even going as far as to say how fit I was. "25 years of dancing wasn't for nothing." I joked.
Joe and Stacey took her outside because it was too loud in there for her. I met them outside as everyone was getting on the bus to eat. I decided that it would be too loud on the bus for Tegan.
"You guys make the cutest little family." Stacey said as I hugged Joe. We drove to the pub and were rushed into a function room. Tegan started to cry immediately, it was way too loud for her.
"Tell you what, I'll take her outside, you enjoy yourselves." Stacey said
"Are you sure?" Joe asked.
"Of course Joe, you've had to stop your whole life for her, it's the least I could do."
"Thanks Stacey." I replied.
*5 minutes later*
The music stops.
A DJ spoke;
THIS YEAR, THE STRICTLY FAMILY HAS GROWN , IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE.
a cheer started to erupt and I felt Joe come and kiss me on the cheek.
THIS IS FROM EVERYONE HERE AT STRICTLY COME DANCING. CONGRATULATIONS JOE AND DIANNE !!! Darcy and Shirley presented us with a little hamper of baby goodies.
"thank you." We say in unison.
I went outside to check on Tegan. I found her crying in Stacey's arms.
"Sorry, I couldn't get her to calm down. I think she misses you."
" thanks Stacey, I'll go and get joe."
I ran into the room to get Joe. As soon as she saw him, she reached out for him and pulled the cutest little face.
"Hello baba, don't you look lovely today."
*Joe kisses Tegan on the forehead*
"Awww Joe, you were made to be a dad." gushes Stacey
"wasn't he just." I say
"Tell you what Stacey, why don't you and Kevin come back to ours tonight? That way we can talk more and you can spend more time with Tegan."
"Oh I'd love to." She says.
Tegan was getting restless by this point so we agreed to leave, we said our goodbyes and gave Stacey and Kevin our address as we didn't want to rush them.
