LIAS POV

The plane ride back was fine, I ate a burger which was cool. I never thought about how my parents would react to Jc. We all took the same taxi from the airport and I was first to go. Jc took me to my door step. We started kissing when my mom opened the door.

CLICK! She took a picture. Ugh moms.

"Mom!" I said as I hugged her.

"How's my girl?"

"Great!"

"Hello, Jc!" My mom said excitedly as she hugged him. What???

"Um, how do you know him?" I asked.

"Well, like any parent I made an undercover account on Instagram and stalked you! I've seen what you two have been up too!" She said happily. I went red and so did he.

"Great to finally meet you, Mrs. Johnson." Jc said politely.

"And fantastic to meet you!" She said. "I'll go get your dad." She said.

"No! I'll tell him later." I told her. I knew he'd get protective and talk to Jc alone about what he'd to to him if I was hurt. Even though he's gonna do that later, I'd like to tell him alone.

"Bye Jc!" I said as I hugged him.

"Bye! Are we still on for tomorrow?" He asked.

"Totally!" I said.

I walked in and mom closed the door behind me. It was great to be home. I ran upstairs and said hi to dad and told him about the trip.

After we had dinner (noodles :D), I told dad to come to my room.

"So...dad."

"Soooo Lia." He said with a smile.

"Um, In Hawaii, I met this boy," his smile disappeared. "And we got really close. He's my boyfriend." I said.

"Oh. Um that's good I guess, what's his name?" He said. I could tell he didn't like him already.

"Jc- Justin. Justin Caylen." I said. I wanted him to sound professional so my dad wouldn't be so mad.

"Age?" SHOOT! I never thought of this!!!!!

"Well, I'm nearly almost 18-"

"Lia?" He said sternly.

"21." I said quietly.

"WHAT!!!???!!! WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!!!?! FOUR YEARS OLDER THEN YOU- NO! I'D RATHER YOU DATE THE GUY WHO TAKES OUT THE TRASH!!! THIS JUSTIN GUY IS AN ADULT! YOUR NOT EVEN OUT OF HIGHSCH- HE SHOULD BE IN COLLEGE!!!"

"Dad, you don't even know him."

"I don't have to know him! Please tell me that he's a lawyer or a doctor!"

"Well he gets paid for it...he's a youtuber."

"WHAT IS THAT EVEN A JOB?!?! WHY-"

"He has over two million subscribers on his channel! He has a channel with these other guys and he has even more with them!" I said with a tear running down my cheek.

"You are not allowed to date him!"

"Please! Tomorrow you can meet him at dinner!"

"Fine!" He said as he slammed my bedroom door.

Please Jc, pleaaaseee be a gentleman in front of my dad!
