**VIVIAN POV**
Finally! My own human! I can't wait, I mean don't get me wrong the form I'm in now is amazing and I love it but to have a completed bond is way better.
I'll be whole.
I wonder who I'll get! I can't believe I got chosen at such a young age I am only 19 after all.
I take out the piece of paper the department gave me with the address of my human on it and her name
"Skylar" I say testing it out
Feels strange saying it out loud, I suppose I'll have to get used to it now she's going to be part of me.
As I get closer I can feel the excitement building up inside me, I practically skip up to the door
*knock knock *
"Time to get professional now" I tell myself
Hmm no answer I'll try again
*knock knock *
No answer again
The smile I had on my face has dropped and desperation has replaced the excitement.
" come on open upppp" I mutter while waiting for a response
Still no answer
Uggggh this can't be happening. What if they don't answer ?!" I think to myself
I gotta call the department and see if I have the right address. If I had the right they'd answer right? They would know I was coming...
*rings the department *
"hi, just been assigned a human under the name of Skylar Harris. I've gone to the address I've been given but no one is answering. Is it the right one? Yes I know you never get it wrong but can you try it anyway? I know you aren't meant to check but please you know I never cause any trouble... Well not recently. Omg really? Thank you! Wait it is the right place?! So why aren't they answering? Yes I've knocked. Ok ok thanks. Oh and one more thing... What happens if i don't bond with the human? I-I disappear? But.. I don't understand. Greg? Greg! Ahh great "
Well looks like I'm alone on this... Maybe if I just push the door a little it will open.
*pushes the door and it bursts open causing wood to go flying *
" ah shit maybe it was more than just a little push " I mutter to myself
When I look up I see a girl and her mother
"ah she must be skyler" I say to myself. "right time to get this bond made"
After we made contact I felt her, like actually felt her. Her thoughts, feelings, everything. Suddenly this coolness seeped into my arm and my torso, cooling the pure power that confined in my body.
"woah this must mean some of the power is being transferred" I say to myself just as mesmerised as she was as the bond grew making us one and the same.
suddenly I realise I'm starting to fade, I feel a small prickle of anxiety appear but the coolness skyler was giving off through the bond soothed any new founded fears
I looked into her eyes, never breaking eye contact and enjoying the feeling of comfort her touch gave.
I knew I was nearly gone, in her eyes I saw the panic but I remained calm until I was gone.
But I wasn't.
