Chapter 20 "I KNOW YOU!"

Author's point of view

After a close call of getting brutally killed by a gang of bullies and a true example of betrayal and back stabbing leads to this that Leo was saved by an unknown guy that rescued him before something worst can be done with him that night. Who was this man? That saved him from these bullies. Leo woke up with a broken nose in an unknown apartment, unaware of his surrounding as he tried to found out about the place and as he try to do so he, the door opens at the back and Leo recognizes him, he was his middle school's substitute teacher.

Leo: "Mr. Walle! You were my substitute teacher back in my middle school."

Walle: "yea I did, that's why I was wondering I have seen you before some were."

Leo: "you were my substitute teacher,"

Walle: "Yea I "was", now I work here in this institution as physiotherapist and I am just Walle here not Mr. Walle" 

Leo: "Oh and yea thanks for saving me from them"

Walle: "Oh no it's ok, no need to thank me, my mother once said that we should always help others that are in trouble."

Leo: "well that just saved my life, hey can I ask you something. Where exactly am I?

Walle: "well you my friend are in the faculty section,"

Leo: "oh, thought all the dorm looked same as ours, with huge room and bunk beds and all."

Walle: "nope not this one, it is only for the faculty no students are allowed here"

Leo: "Oh and I am here, so how can I go out without getting seen in the corridor."

Walle: "nah it's no big deal going out of here, they only don't allow students to come in, but if you ever need my help you can find me at the medical center or you can come here but from the back window till 7pm that's when my shift gets over, its safe here."

Leo: "thank you so much Walle! I don't know what I was going to do here alone, at least there is someone I know, by the way you look like someone familiar to me, but I can't remember who it was."

Walle: "well I was you substitute teacher, haha that be the reason,"

Leo: "hum, I don't know, I guess so"

Walle: "OK it's time for me to leave for work and I suppose you have a class to get in as well,"

Leo: "No I am not sure about that, I still feel a little obnoxious,"

Walle: "okay then go to your dorm have some rest and if anybody do anything to you, just come to me."

Leo: "sure I will do that, thank you, bye"

Walle: "have a nice day,"

Leo finally got someone he can really trust now, he carefully had back to his dorm, changes his bed and puts all of his stuff in one bag which he slowly slides under the bed. He was not safe from the dang gang and his back stabbing friend, so Leo decides to take the upper side of the bunk bed in the corner just to avoid him being getting seen by someone or anyone that enters in the room. He restlessly hits into the bed with a sigh of affliction that keeps him alert from the danger lurking around him. He was thinking of his mother that she will be in more tension than him this though kept him going on and also the hope that one day she will be back boosted his confidence that he can make it through.

After a few hours he decides to leave that place as he knew it was the time when gang comes into the boy's dorm to irritate and bully all the kids. He came out of the room to find Zeenia in the hall,

Zeenia had to go out of the town due to his father's business trip so he took her with him. Now after knowing this Leo knew he was alone, again but now he had another help one way or another he wanted someone to look after him. He went out in search of the medical center to find Walle, he accidentally bumped into the headmaster of this facility. He immediately reacts as normal to avoid any argument and walked away as if nothing happened, but then the head called him upon and asked Leo of his purpose, what was he doing near this department at this time. Leo make a clear statement that he was not feeling well and he was looking for some medical assistance. After hearing this he clearly directed him to the medical center.

Leo got to the medical center and into the first aid room and found Walle there, He rolled in with the flow to blend himself with the sick people around him in that room. He waited for his turn for the checkup, Walle noticed Leo called him next, he checked this nose and first removed the band aid off, and told him it was fine now, It was almost 12 pm and it was nearly Walle's lunch time so he invited Leo to lunch with him at cafeteria.

They both head towards the cafeteria and found an empty table, they settled down along with their lunch trays, As Walle started the conversation.

Walle: "so did you find your friend who betrayed you?"

Leo: "He was never a friend, he use me as a convoy to get him in the gang."

Walle: "and I wonder why someone would like to join this stupid gang"

Leo: "yea even I can't understand that, I guess he needed acceptance, as Christ and Liam had the same story that they can relate to" 

Walle: "hmm may be, you think that family could make a difference in building up a character?"  

Leo: "yes Indeed"

Walle: "so you tell me how did you end up here?"

Leo: "it is a long story"

Walle: "well we seem to be free aren't we?"

Leo: "well yea that's one thing, I always hate to see the past in recap but if you want to know then yea I can tell.

Author's point of view

Leo then told Walle everything that happened with him, the reason why he was brought to this facility and what happened with his mother, Walle was emotionally touched by the story that was unveiled by Leo to him. Now Walle wanted to help Leo in any way so that he can share his pain and cut short his problems. So he offered Leo to move in to his apartment with his stuff and also promised him that he will find him a way to contact to his mother.
