Chapter 6

Naruto shoved his hands on his lab goawn, he was heading towards the town to buy  some food, supplies had ran out.

Naruto smoothly walked down the road as if he own the village, everyone made way and left a huge gap, like river parting because of the boulder in the way.

Naruto like this kind of thing, it's a luxurious advantage one can have in the Pleasure Village, specially when being mugged is very common as the color of the ocean is blue. Naruto bought the things he needed and payed for them, sealing them on scrolls before he began heading back, dodging the body that was punched to his direction and slammed on the store next to him.

Naruto keep walking until he reached at the woodland where a small pathway heading to his clinic/territory. He saw two genins, females, and their unconscious Sensei. They are Konoha Shinobi it seems. The jonin was out cold with lots of injuries and the two genins looked exhausted and injured. Normally, Naruto would have walked passed them, simply uncaring, however he recognised the unconcious woman. Reddish brown hair, pale skin, Navy bly skimono with  green leaves and flowers printed on them, and if he's not wrong, the woman had blue eyes. With the choice of outfit, Naruto would think that she's just an ordinary civilian but the Konoha headband on her forehead says others wise. This woman is Higurashi Kimiko.

Naruto remember in the past on his academy days when everyone is too busy fawning over his siblings, a jonin passed by in the training ground 2 he's in and saw him.

Flashback

"Hey, you're the Fourth Hokage's kid right, Naruto sama?" she asked as she jump down from the tree branch she is in

"Yes I am Jonin san" Naruto gave a curt nod

"Hmmm. You have potential, more so than those peacock of a two Brats you call siblings. I am telling you, you shouldn't be like them, with the spoiling they got from everyone, I wouldn't be surprise they would grow up totally rotten" the Jonin said, Naruto blinked in surprise

"Ah, I have never heard, meet, nor seen someone whom dared bad mouthed the 'heroes'" Naruto chuckled

"May I know your name, Jonin san. I am Naruto" Naruto held up his hand for a hand shake

"Higurashi Kimiko" Kimiko shook his hand

"Higurashi san.... Is it.. Is it okay for me to ask for some pointers?" Naruto asked motioning at the kunais littered on the ground and away from the target

"Yeah sure, no problem" Kimiko gave a grin, Naruto felt a sense of foreboding but returned the smile nonetheless.

Flashback Ends

Every since then, with Kimiko's help and guidance, Naruto was able to get the top scores in the academy. He was proud and happy, giving Kimiko, whom he had come to see as a big sister figure, a full blown smile with his test score in hand. Kimiko laughed and dragged him to the nearest Sushi restaurant to celebrate.

Naruto found out that Kimiko was older than she looks, ending a bump on his head, she's old enough to be his mother. She's fond of children because of the fact that she cannot have one. Naruto remembered her telling him, "Since Kushina sama and Minato sama doesn't like you, then I am taking you in!" she pointed out, as if Naruto was a stray cat in the alley that has no say.

Ever since then, Naruto worked harder to not let his older sister turned into mother figure. He was reluctant to leave the village knowing it will make Kimiko sad but he has no choice.

"You two, help her inside the sedan" Naruto said, the two looked at him as he unsealed a white sedan from his scroll

"I am a Doctor, I can treat you, hurry up" Naruto said, impatient

"Why would we believe you" one of them sneered

"I know of your Sensei, an old acquaintance. I am simply here to repay the favour" Naruto said, the two hesitated before they struggled to carry Kimiko inside.

When they entered the sedan, Naruto created 4 shadow Clones to lifted it up before they swiftly ran through the forest, keeping their steps light and agile, not to shake the sedan to much.

Naruto had his shadow Clones prepare the materials needed as he went to prepare himself to treat Kimiko. This is not the biggest operation he had in his life yet, but he is quite nervous.

'What is I do anything wrong? No! I cannot fail! I can do this. I need to save my patient!' Naruto though, his eyes burned with determination as he stared at his reflection in the mirror.

He swiftly exited the room and put on a mask and the elastic gloves. Walking over to Kimiko' s side, the curtain was drawn and the lights already turned on. His shadow Clones around him, ready to hand him the apparatuses that are needed.

"Let's do this"
