Naruto smirked.

As expected.

The whole Shinobi Nation almost exploded when the rumours of him, Dr Sotaru, was actually the long lost Honorable Youngest Son of the Fourth Hokage the Yellow Flash.

If Kumo were persistent on getting him on their side, Konoha was even more so, not to mention the Iwa always wanted to extract revenge on him, since they can't hit or even go against the Yellow Flash Bastard then they can use his son to vent their anger.

Naruto's house had rabid animals(Konoha) in the front porch, his back door was burning(Kumo), and his windows are filled with bombs(Iwa).Although he was cornered, Naruto still has the Chimney(Suna) to go through or the underground tunnel(Yuki and Pleasure Village) to escape.

[A/N: his house is not really burning. I am just using personification, you know. He hehe]

He was not worried though. He was well prepared. There is no need to escape and run away, else all of his training would have been for naught. And besides, as long as they are in his territory, they abide his rules. His words are law.

And so, Naruto sat on his chair outside his house under the shade of the huge cherry blossom tree, staring at the people in front of him, he chuckled inwardly as he took a sip of his tea.

They have long since figured out that using entry with ill intent will not get them anywhere. The barrier will repel them.

So you can understand Naruto's amusement, the three Enemy Shinobi Village Representative Teams stood next to each other and glaring, hopping the other will turn into dust by the vicious stare.

If they cause trouble, then they would be sent flying outside. Yes, anything, even poison gas and pollution. From the air, to the ground and plants, to the underground, and to the underground river. Nothing can dispel the barrier if the core will not be destroyed, the core as well have seals around it, repelling anyone from destroying it or dismantling and dispelling it.

Verbal battles are allowed but when physical would be involved, then I am sorry, please see yourself out.

Pleasure Village also has this barrier, but its main priority is to protect the village from being wiped out by other Shinobi. Disputes can happen but it has to be related to either gambling, adultery, and the whatnot, but settling personal grudge from outside world and brining it to the Village is a no no. That is why it is the best sanctuary to the Missing Nins. And this caused the Elemental Nation to be uneasy.

The Missing Nins in their villages gathered in one place and they can't even do anything about it! Hunter Nins? Bounty Hunters? They can't even penetrate the barrier that appeared on the village around 4 years ago!

So it turns out it was that Sotaru, should we call him Namikaze Uzumaki Naruto? Ha! Namikaze Minato really has a good son, using his abilities to even repel his own village and smack his father's face by rebelling. Their lose felt lighter knowing that they did not only suffer the blow, Konoha suffered humiliation as well.

The Council room was in chaos, it has been going around for the past 2 weeks.

Minato sat on his seat, expression blank.

He watched in complete indifference as the council bicker. Completely out of character in his usual firm, sunny yet serious expression. No, this one has a chilling feeling seeping from him, this was the Yellow Flash that single handedly handled the Iwa Nins and won the War hands down, this was their Kage. Currently, Minato held the same expression and Aura like a certain White Haired Doctor.

Like Father like Son, even if their bond is not strong, genes, blood, habits, and inheritance still held strong and firm.

But currently, the people in the council room did not pay any mind, okay maybe Yamanaka Inoichi, Nara Shikaku, Uchiha Fugaku, and Hyuuga Hiashi noticed, these four were just sitting their and gave their comments from time to time. No, Aburame Shibi did not count, he was silent and firm as a brickwall next to Akimichi Chouza.

"ENOUGH!!!" Minato finally lost his patience.

Finally snapped.

Minato was wondering as to why it took them weeks to make their plan of actions until Naruto's words come to mind. His subjects are ignoring him. Ignoring his authority, and this thought made Minato a it miffed. It was the reason why He changed the system a little. But still there are still a bunch of blockheads who refused to follow the damn rules.

He had enough. 'Just who is the one incharage, me or them!?'

And with that, Minato let his chakra filled the room, the sudden spike scared them into submission.
