Chapter 30

Naruto, Kaze, and Hajime worked on saving Hiruzen for 10 hours straight, though Kaze and Hajime keep switch after running out of chakra, Naruto help preserved, making the people around him sigh and stared in admiration.

"Done" Naruto sigh to his surgical mask, the nurse wiped the sweat on his forehead.

"Well done everyone. Transferred Lord Third to ICU room now" Naruto said as he removed his surgical mask, gloves, and coat before he wiped the sweat from his face and neck.

Naruto pushed his glasses closer to his eyes as he followed Hajime and Kaze out the door. They did the explaining and emphasising that Naruto did most of the work.

"Lord Hokage, with the Exams interrupted and the winner undecided, it seems it is time for me to leave" Naruto said before Yuki walked in, cutting of Minato whom was about to say something.

"Hurry, an emergency happen back at our Clinic. A patient was rolled in by Thorm. He is in bad shape" Yuki said urgently, Naruto nodded as he already know it, one of his shadow Clones dispelled and relayed the information to him.

Naruto was disturbed by it.

"The payment, Hokage sama, could be delivered anytime" Naruto said

"Now if you'd excuse me, I have another patient I need to attend to" Naruto walked away with Yuki.

The two quickly head off back to their village. Half way, Naruto sent a shadow clone towards Suna, before continuing the journey, using the specially Teleportation Naruto made.

When Naruto arrived, the Clones already have the situation under control. Naruto turned to the one whom brought them in. Thorm Jown.

The boy have green hair and forest green eyes. He is obviously taller than Naruto and 2 years old, making him 14 years old. Naruto could not believe hos this kid able to grow faster and bigger than him. When Naruto found him, Thorm was thinner and smaller than he was now. That was 2 years ago.

"Thorm" Naruto greeted his other sworn brother

"Sotaru" Thorm smiled and greeted back

Actually, Thorm used to be a plant spirit.

Taken care of his owner when he was about to wither. His owner was a Konoichi. Thorm was still a child spirit so he still needed to be taken care of and that owner of his earnestly took care of him.

Thorm found out alot of his owner. That includes her habits, likes, and her strong dislikes to her own kind, humans. Muttering about how despicable humans are and the like. Thorm did not mind, he wished he could speak to his winer but he was nothing but a plant still. So when his plant has a flower and was about to bloom, he was excited to show it to his owner, however, she did not come back. Thorm was patient and decided to wait. A week later, she did not come back and the flower already withered. Thorm was thirsty and once again his form began to wither. It wasn't long before the neighbour came in, the one living opposite of his owner's house. The Aunty began packing the things of his owner. Of course Thorm wanted to protest but what can a wither plant do? Nothing.

Then he heard that his owner had died and could never come back. Thorm was devastated. He could not believe it. He refused to believe it so he waited for his owner. But she never come back and Thorm completely died.

Thorm opened his eyes to find himself in some kind of forest. No, it was covered in white(snow). And it was cold. Very very very cold. Thorm did not have the strength to even stand, his body was frozen. That was when he heard footsteps approaching. Opening his eyes, he saw a blurry figure.

A kid. With white hair (Naruto: it's silver hey!). He was wearing a blue dress(Naruto: it's a coat!).

He seemed surprised and walked over. Thorm could not move away as he approached and checked on him.

"Good, you are still alive. Its a miracle actually, with you wearing such thin clothes in winter" The boy said, his voice is soft and gentle yet cold at the same time.

Thorm stared at his eyes. The shade of the sky, like his owner but it was even more deeper and sharp yet soft and gentle.

This boy has many contradiction on how to describe him, Thorm noted. Thorm also wonder, is he even alive at all? His skin is so white and translucent, not even his checks turning pink from the cold. The boy took off his cloak and draped it on Thorm.

"My House is not far from here. I do hope you can still hold on" The boy said before Thorm blacked out.

Thorm woke up to and found himself in a white room. Outside was still snowing it its surprising comfortable and warm inside the house.

"You're awake. Drink this. It will help you" Thorm turned to the voice it came from.

It's the boy from before!

"Here. Careful it's still hot" the boy said.

Thorm was helped by the boy to sat up. Thorm was surprised to find instead of his branches, he have hands. Human hands!

After a while, Thorm drank the hot herbal tea.

"Who are you, why are you in the snow. Unless of course if you are in a run" the boy said as he sip on his own tea.

"I don't have a name... I...i used to live with my owner but she's dead now" Thorm answered and looked at his hand

"I see. Then you can stay here with me" the boy said

"Really?" Thorm looked up, filled with doubt.

Humans aren't supposed to be good! They are bad, owner said so!

"Yes. My name is Sotaru by the way" the boy, Sotaru, said

"So.... Ta... Ru. Sotaru" Thorm tested out the name and nodded

"You will be called... Uh.... Thorm Jown from now on. I apologies, my naming is really bad." Sotaru said, coughing in his fist in embarrassment.

"No, no, no, I like it. Thorm. Thorm. Thorm. Thorm" Thorm keep testing out his name

"Yes. Thorm." Sotaru chuckled.

Thorm has a new owner. And he is also nice.... Weird but nice.

And Thorm will protect his new owner.

He will not let his new owner died like his previous one without doing anything about it.
