Chapter 5

Naruto motioned at the chairs as he head towards another room, taking a lab gown from the closet, he wore it on, he picked up the blue rimmed reading glasses(not that he needed it, he just thought it was cool and make him looked more professional and mature[Yuki snorted]), Naruto put the stethoscope around his neck as he closed the closet door, he walked over to the desk, took out a clipboard and motioned Menma to sit down on the bed.

"Kakashi Sensei, I don't trust him" Menma said nervously

"We're already here, I don't think the Doctor would do anything to you as long as we pay" Kakashi said, Menma stiffly sat down, Naruto acted as if he did not hear their conversation.

He gently grasp Menma's hand and examined the wound. His face distorted.

"..... Correct me if I am wrong, but does our opponent involved the Demon Brothers?" Naruto asked as he walked over to the cabinet and took out a bottle of pill, taking some out and placed it in a small saucer like cup, pour water in the glass.

"Yes, how did you know?" Narumi frowned, Naruto snorted as he handed the pills to Menma.

"This will flush the poison out of your body" Naruto said

"I am familiar with the poison I made as well as the costumers that bought them. Lucky for you, the poison is slow acting one." Naruto said bluntly as he ready the acupuncture needles

"WHAAT!? It was you who made those poison!?" Sakura yelled

"Yes, now please keep your voice down. I make poison for money, I also make antidotes for money. Its my costumers' business on how they use my products, I don't care if they use it for good or for bad, as long as they pay me the exact price, they are free to do as they please. Its business" Naruto said, pushing up his glasses

"You!" Narumi gritted her teeth before she was held back by Kakashi, Naruto wore the surgical gloves.

Naruto took out a scalpel and made an incision on the wound, letting blood oozes out. Naruto's swift hand flashed as he accurately placed the acupuncture needles around the wound. Black blood began pouring out and into the white towel underneath Menma's arm.

Naruto looked so focused and relaxed. When red blood came out, he removed the  acupuncture needles and tossed them accurately towards the basin beside him. Naruto scape the dead flesh around and made sure it will not be infected, Naruto grabbed the needle and began stitching the the wound.

"Do you want for it to leave a scar?" Naruto asked, Menma was about to tell him that it will heal in second but Kakashi shot him a look

"No. Please make sure tlno scar is left" Narumi inserted, Naruto pretend that he did not see anything as his hand glowed green, he hover it above the wound and the wound rapidly closed and after a few minutes, he removed his hand and no scar was left behind.

"Dr Sotaru has excellent Medical Skill as always" Kakashi said, Naruto gave a nod and walked over to the cabinet and took a few pill, placing them in small glass bottles.

"These are the pills you'll need. Taking this for a day and the remaining poison will exit your body via sweat" Naruto said as he placed the pills down, grabbing the clipboard and scribble things for a while before he placed a slip of paper down, it has the bills on it.

Before Sakura could yell at how expensive it was, a knock sounded through the doors.

Naruto walked over and pulled it open. Outside was the Demon Brothers.

"You two again. Come inside" Naruto pulled the door open wider as the two Demon Brothers limped inside.

Pausing to see Team Kakashi inside. They already got into stance to protect Tazuna.

"Mind your manners. Rule Number One: No violence while in my territory, I don't care what your business is but I will not tolerate my riles being broken" Sotaru said coldly, preparing the apparatus needed

"But they are our enemies!" Sakura protested

"What does have to do with me? They are now my costumers and patients. Be it legal ninja or missing nins, I don't care, you are now in my territory so you better follow the rules, otherwise I will throw you out. Keep insisting and you shall be black listed and cannot enter my territory anymore that includes refuse treatment in the future" Naruto said coldly, Sakura frowned

"Remember, Hatake Kakashi on where you are" Naruto said as he motioned the two Demon Brothers to the bed.

Naruto closed the white curtains and made shadow clone to assist the other before he began treating the two.

"He's so arrogant!" Sakura complained, they are already heading back to the Land of Waves.

"That's Dr Sotaru for you." Tazuna said

"Dr Sotaru? The respected Doctor of the Pleasure Village?" Menma asked

"He doesn't look like much on the first glance" Sasuke said, shoving his hands on his pockets

"He's a great doctor although young, he's quite knowledgeable and his skills are nothing to laugh at" Kakashi said

"Hey, I thought Orochimaru's hideout is near here. Do you think...." Narumi paused

"I don't think so. Orochimaru valued the people with talent and keep them in his sight. A Child with Formidable Medical Skills on the lose with the Pleasure Village as his backing, I guessed Orochimaru would have recruited him in, but he seemed to think the risk is not worth it. After all, Pleasure Village is filled with Ninjas, missing or non missing nis. It's a place where robbing in Broad day light is normal, brother house all around, its no surprise alot of orphans are they, most likely they are already taken in by Orochimaru and used them as experiemnts" Kakashi said

"I am still uneasy. He seemed familiar. Like I have seen him somewhere before" Narumi said

"It's probably the hair color and lersonality5" Sasuke said, hunting Kakashi's hair color and anomaly attitude.

"Yeah" They grinned, or in Sasuke's case smirk

"Hey! I have you know that I did not father any child!" Kakashi said in defence, though he contemplate

'His chakra signature is like of Naruto's but its far more calm and freezingly cold the scent is almost the same as well but it was mostly covered by the smell of herbs and mint, how strange. Its almost the same yet not. Just who are you?' Kakashi thought, glancing at the gate that was quite some distance from them behind.
