AS WE WALKED I PRAYED to satan that ambrose hadn't noticed how red i'd become, and the tight grip he had on my hand and his clueless smile certainly weren't helping.
Though something had occurred to me when ambrose had dragged me away, i'm very sure they'd put me and marla in the same class so why didn't he bring her along. Maybe? sighing as to try and soothe my now quickly beating heart i stopped making ambrose stumble slightly.
He looked at me confused though that smile was still on his face.
" Is something wrong alexander? " he asked in a mockingly sweet voice.
" First of all shut up and okay i've got a question " i said my face turning quite red again as i finished my sentence.
" Well go ahead we're gonna be late " he said as he smiled and pulled me closer.
He was always taller than me so when he pulled me close my head rested against his chest while i looked up at him blushing, i stuttered before speaking up.
" well it's why didn't bring marla she has this class with us? " i said my voice shaky as he looked down at me his eyes holding mine.
He paused before smiling and resting his hand under my chin to pull my head up so my face was close to his.
" well aren't you inquisitive today " he said.
I could feel his breath on my lips and my head started to cloud as i looked up at him still smiling but so close. Before speaking again he began to lean his head down and i swear my heart stopped but he pass my lips going to me ear and whispering.
" being completely honest i wanted you all to myself for once it just seems today i haven't had you alone at all " his voice soft his breath against my ear making me shiver.
"oh" was all i could say my heart beating out of my chest and my face a bright cherry red as he leaned back up to look me in my eyes once again.
He looked at me for a while i knew i looked completely flustered and he knew that too and began to laugh. I huffed before turning away from him and starting to walk away i was more or less completely embarrassed.
He ran after me catching my hand and pulling me back into his arms.
" hey i'm sorry you just looked so cute, did you think i was going to kiss you " he asked teasingly
Blushing and looked away because that exactly what i thought would happen but i denied it struggling in his arms but he held me tightly. he laughed again before leaning down and kissing my forehead.
"you happy now " he said teasing me though i could see there was a faint blush on his face.
I stared at him frozen my face completely red and my eyes wide before he grabbed my hand and started walking to our next class looking straight ahead to hide the dark blush that covered his cheeks.
I smiled maybe i did have a chance after all.
