"Hannah!" someone yelled.
I closed my locker and looked around me, spotting Laura. She waved at me and began walking to me with ease, which was impressive, since the hallway had been packed with students. It was like she was the female Moses or something, all the students went out of her way.
"Hey" she said, pushing her thick curls away from her face. "I haven't seen you since your little performance."
"Don't remind me," I groaned. "I'm still embarrassed that a complete stranger saw me dancing."
"Don't be, your moves are great. I really loved that shoulder action you had going on," she quickly shrugged her shoulders a few times.
Laura laughed after seeing my face.
"Anyway, I came here to invite you to come sit with me at lunch."
Ruth had texted me this morning, saying that she had the worst cramps. So I had no one to sit with at lunch, but that didn't bother me that much. I was however curious to what was going on between her and Eric.
"Sure, but why?" I asked. We were complete strangers after all.
"I want to know the story behind the dancing girl," she said with a glint of mischief in her eyes.
A high pitched moan immediately stopped us from continuing the conversation.
"Oh fuck, Eric!"
My eyes immediately moved to the janitor closet that was across from my locker.
The door was shaking. It was like something was constantly pounding on the door.
"Fuck!" A deep voice said.
"Are they-?" I stopped halfway the sentence.
Laura nodded, looking at her phone. It seemed like she was barely acknowledging that people were getting it on in the janitors closet.
The door suddenly opened. A brunette with disheveled hair walked out and -I squinted my eyes- I think her T-shirt was inside out.
3 minutes after the girl had left, lover boy finally came out of the closet. He ran his hand through his messy dark brown hair. His dark green eyes widened as if he just had remembered something.
Eric stepped back into the closet and came out with his varsity jacket on.
He closed the door behind him and walked away, but not before he shouted: "I'll see you at lunch!"
I raised an eyebrow.
To who did he shout that?
"Until then!" Laura shouted back, not even looking up from her phone.
Wait, I'm invited to sit with her at lunch.
Does that mean that-?Oh shit!
