I give Corey a small peck on the lips as the door opens, revealing my mother.
Hey sweetie!" my mom says as she gives me a hug.
"Hey mom." I say, hugging back.
"And you must be Corey!" She says as she gives him a hug too.
"Nice to meet you Mrs.Y/l/n" Corey says as he hugs her too.
"Please darling, call me Janet." She smiles. "Come in and take a seat, I'll go fetch your dad y/n."
"Sounds good. Come on Corey." I intertwine my fingers with his and walk into the living room and sit down.
"Greetings y/n and Corey!" My dad greets.
"Hello Mr. y/l/n." Corey says as he stands up and shakes my dad's hand.
The rest of the night went well and my dad loved him! After about 2 hours, Corey and I announced our goodbyes and walk to the car.
"See Corey! It wasn't that bad!" I give a warm smile.
"Yea your right. He liked me because I'm such a charmer and very handsome." He smirks and laughs.
"Yes you are Corey...yes you are." We look at each other and laugh. I give him a sweet kiss and he starts up the car and drives home. -------------------------------------------
