3 - A Night To Remember

"HAHAHAHAHAH I BEAT YOU"

"YOU—" without even thinking twice, Taeyeon launches herself to the man that has annoyed the hell out of her in the past hour.

"AAAKH ARGHH IT HURTS,"

"TAKE THAT TAKE THAT," she continuously pinched the puffy cheeks that belongs to her Baekhyun only. The man beneath her keeps wriggling but it looks like he enjoys this situation as well. After all, he always loves the idea of his girl on top.

"Okay okay I'm sorry," he giggled as his hand reached hers. Taeyeon laughed a bit before she tried to stand up, only to be pulled again by Baekhyun. "I didn't say you could move away," he smirked.

Taeyeon's body tensed. Breathe, midget. Breathe.

"No cheating! You keep distracting me the whole time, I could not focus on racing because of you!"

Baekhyun keeps giggling as his girl throwing little punches against his chest.

"You are so adorable when you were concentrating, I could not help," he squeezed her cheeks. He lifted his body so that he is sitting straight with Taeyeon on his lap. The two held gaze for some seconds, only to be interrupted by the sound produced from Taeyeon's stomach.

Taeyeon's cheeks reddened upon seeing her boyfriend giving her a bemused look. "Ok princess, let's grab some food!" he said as he lifted her body up to stand.

"But this game, we still have—"

"Later. Let's fill your stomach first, gamer girl," he pulled Taeyeon away and pushing her to his kitchen.

August 18th, 2012
It was very chaotic backstage, with the temperature that keeps rising as the sun getting higher and higher. The members look flustered for some things. Suho keeps guiding them to stand on the right place and be ready on time.

"Since you guys are rookies, don't forget to greet your senior cheerfully. Don't forget the WE ARE ONE! You got it?" their manager words keep playing in each of their minds.

Baekhyun could not set his mind straight. SMTOWN is one of the largest and most popular concert in Kpop industry. And for a newcomer like him, not only will they perform their debut song as a group but the main and lead vocals from both EXO-K and EXO-M will also join the collaboration stage for the opening concert. And when we talk about collab, it means with the sunbaes of SM.

"Ya! Don't be nervous," he felt someone is nudging him from behind. Chen is grinning from ear to ear.

"Why are you so happy?"

"Ah, well why shouldn't you be happy? I am so excited for today, I don't know why," he jumps a little. They walked together to the backstage since the concert is starting in half an hour. And as rookies, it is better to be ready earlier than others.

"OPPA!" both of them were startled hearing a familiar voice next to them. There they saw Taeyeon running to Heechul as she tried to snatch what looks like a PSP from the man.

"Give it back you cheater!"

"Yah! You can't always win everything, I need to win too!"

"Then do it properly! I am not giving you my trophies!" she keeps jumping to reach her favorite PSP that Heechul held high with his arm.

"Stop staring~~~"

Baekhyun coughed when he realized how long has he been looking at the scene. He had been a fan of Taeyeon from middle school because he simply adores her voice. SNSD is literally everywhere his high school life because well... they are the nation's girl group. Everybody talks about them.

When he knew that he is accepted at SM, he could not believe that he could actually see her in actual person, and even standing together this close. Not only that, they will also be on stage together for the collab stage. For him, he hit the jackpot.

"Let's go," he replied softly, making Chen giggles even more.

"Shut up, Jongdae-ya,"

"Yaaa, you were so funny AHAHA- ng? Isn't that Kyungsoo and Luhan hyung? YAAA," with that, Chen left. Baekhyun walks slowly to catch him but before that he turned his head behind. The image of Taeyeon in her white short dress and her hair tied behind with all her attention on the game she was playing stuck in his mind.

Adorable.

"Huh?"

Taeyeon smiled as she put the dish she just cooked in front of Baekhyun. "Were you day dreaming or were you just staring at me?"

"Number 1," he replied cooly as he tasted the steak that was served for him. Delicious.

Taeyeon took off her apron and put it next to her. She slid into the chair in front of him and starts digging her food.

"What were you thinking?"

"You," he replied shortly after while.

He laughed when he saw how flustered her girlfriend was when hearing his answer.

"I was flying to the time when I was awed with you on that SMTOWN concert. It was also the first time you actually talked to me, like for real. Not because for greetings or whatsoever, but you literally talked to me when we walked together on that stage. That was—"

Taeyeon chuckled. The face he made is hilarious, as if it was the most satisfying moment ever experienced.

"I am serious! I was so happy back then that I keep jumping in my room the whole night. Chanyeol had to drag me down literally to shut me down,"

"I am flattered. A girl that plays game. You find it adorable, right?"

He smirked before he put his knife down. "Sexy, to be precise,"

That sends chills down to her spine. That voice again. That soft, deep and husky voice of him.

"You tease," she snickered, leaving him behind as she distracts herself with the dishes that she needs to wash.
