Chapter 8

I woke up and it was Sunday morning. I had to get up and go to church. Church starts at 9 and it's 8. I got up and took a shower and put on a dress and my tan leather boots and a scarf. Then I straightened my hair and did my makeup and brushed my teeth.

"Come on sweetie it's time for church!" My mom yelled from downstairs.

"Coming!"

Me and my mom got in the car and went to church.

My mom and I had been by ourselves for 5 years ever since my dad and mom got a divorce. I miss him but he hasn't called or showed up in four years. He hasn't even called to tell me happy birthday.

When we got back home from church I went to my room and went on Vine. I didn't even realize that I had been on Vine for 5 hours. When your watching Vine, you really don't realize what time it is.

It was 3 o clock so I went and ate lunch then went back in my room I sat there watching Vine again because I have no life then I heard something tapping at my sliding door in my room. I look through the curtains and I see little pebbles on my patio outside my door. I open my door And step outside and I see Matthew standing on the ground and he was throwing pebbles at my door.

"Matthew what are you doing here?"

"I came to see you." He said with a smirk.

"Ummm. I can't my mom is home."

"Okay."

Then Matthew started climbing up my patio and jumped on to the patio. He walked into my room and said "We can hangout here."

"Matthew Espinosa. Why do you think you are irresistible?"

"I don't think I am. I just know I'm irresistible to you."

I nudged him in the shoulder and he almost fell off my bed.

"Come on let's get out of here."

"I told you I can't. My mom is home."

"Exactly. She doesn't need to know. " he said with a smirk.

I smirked back at him and we climbed down my patio and got in his car.
