Chapter 11

Oh my god Matthew spent the night at my house. Wait how did I get in the bed? Matthew woke up and stretched his arms and wrapped them around me.

"How did I get into my bed?"

"Well you fell asleep and I woke up and carried you into the bed next to me."

"Oh... Thanks.." I said blushing.

"No problem. I didn't want to wake you up because you looked so cute in your sleep."

I started blushing really badly.

"Umm don't we have to go to school?"

"Nope. Your mom called us in when she saw us sleeping. I was fake sleeping when I heard her come in."

"Oh my god my mom saw me sleeping next to you?!"

"Yes but she smiled and called the school then closed the door."

"Oh."

"Soooo what do you wanna do today?"

"Um I don't know. What do you wanna do today?"

"I have a perfect idea. Its a surprise get dressed something nice. I'll be back I'm changing at my house. Be ready in 20 minutes." He said smirking then walked out of my house and got in his car and drove away.

I walk to my closet to try to find something to wear.

'Something nice, something nice.'

I finally decide on my navy blue dress and white scarf and I wear my tan flats. I straightened my hair and brushed my teeth.

*ding, dong.*

"I'LL GET IT!" I yell as I run down my stairs as fast as I can.

"Ready?" Matthew asked.

"Ready."

I grab my purse and close my door and go with Matthew to his car. We were driving for what seemed like an hour. And the whole time it was completely silent. We finally arrive at a huge hill.

"Where are we?"

"You'll see."

We start walking over the hill and I stop at the very top. All I can see is bright blue water and gorgeous green grass.

"Do you like it?"

"I love it!"

"I thought we could have a picnic."

"That's so sweet of you. Wait did I just call Matthew Espinosa sweet?" I said laughing.

"Ha ha. Marissa I'm trying to change. I truly am."

"I believe you."

"Really?"

"Yes."

"Thank you." he said as he gave me such a sincere look.

"Your welcome. Now what's to eat?!"
