Chapter 13

Today I decided to ride the bus home so Skylar wouldn't see me ride with Matthew.

"Hey aren't you riding with me?"

"No I'm going to ride the bus with Skylar. Text me though." I said with a smile.

"Okay." Matthew said while he was fake crying.

"See you soon."

"See you very soon." Matthew said smirking.

Skylar went home with her friend Megan and I was stuck riding the bus alone. But then when I was dropped off at my bus stop guess who was there with his bright red Ferrari waiting for me. Matthew.

"Omg what are you doing here? I asked laughing.

"Well I saw that Skylar didn't ride the bus soooo..." He said winking.

"I didn't know that Skylar wasn't riding the bus, I swear."

"I believe you. Now let's go to my house today?"

"Fine. But no sleeping on the job this time." I said laughing.

We drove to Matthew's house and we went inside and went to his room.

"Okay let's get started." I said to Matthew.

"Okay, I don't really want to do this."

"Neither do I but its half our grade Matthew."

"I know." He said with a sad face.

"Okay, I'll make you a deal. If you help me with this project completely until we present it, I will do whatever you want."

"Okay! Deal!"

We shook on it then got to work. We got a lot of it done and when we looked at the time it was 10 o clock

at night.

"Omg I have to get home."

"Why don't you just sleep over?"

"I don't know if I'll be able to..."

"Just ask if you can stay the night at Skylar's."

"Fineee"
