The vehicle carrying two passengers was going rather fast down the snowy road, said weather getting worse by the second but as Tino said.  "I'm not a doctor and Lukas needs to go to the hospital." Matthias cracked his neck, getting visibly uncomfortable as Lukas continued to stare into the Dane's soul.

"Y'know Norge, just because you're not allowed to sleep doesn't mean you have to stare at me." He chuckled dryly, sighing in relief as Lukas turned his gaze to the road. He noticed the speed limit sign almost completely covered by snow.

"You're going too fast." Lukas chimed, rather monotone as he played with the lock on his door.

"Nobody drives on this road, what's the worst that could happen?" Matthias glanced over to Lukas' curled up and unbuckled body. That hostile aura came back and the temperature felt like it dropped yet again and in one swift movement Lukas kicked the steering wheel before quickly opening his door and falling out onto the snow-covered asphalt. Matthias didn't react quick enough and soon the car had crashed itself 90 mph roughly into a tree.

Lukas stood up and cautiously stepped over to the crashed vehicle, peeking into the driver's side window to find a bloody and half dead Matthias. He tilted his head as he looked at the Dane with mock interest who only stared back at him. The look in Matthias' eyes held confusion,  pain, and a bit of distrust all mixed together. Lukas opened the door and put his hand on the back of Matthias' head, slowly pushing it further into the airbag before mumbling something. "Down with the King of Northern Europe."

Matthias felt too weak to fight back against suffocation, letting himself fall into the cold, clammy arms of death. Lukas waited a few seconds before walking over and picking up a shard of glass, he lifted it to his cheek and sliced open his skin before stabbing the glass in his abdomen. This seemed to have pulled him back into reality as Lukas' eyes went wide and he let out a blood-curdling scream. Hot tears poured down his face as he stared at his best friend's dead body. Lukas fumbled for his phone and called 113.

"Hva er Emergency?" She asked on the other side of the line. Lukas hesitated for a second, starting to pant heavily at the burning pain of the glass stuck in him.

"Det er ulykke."

The ambulance showed up rather quickly considering how bad the weather was. Lukas frequently whimpered in pain and shock whenever they touched him and even threw up when he saw Matthias' body. When the other three showed up in the second family car, he immediately accepted Tino's hug and let the Finn examine him for himself.

"The paramedics said you could go home and I want to get you out the cold as quick as I can." He mumbled softly, pulling Lukas over to the car. There was an obvious sadness in his voice and he avoided looking over to the cloaked body on a stretcher. Lukas got in and sat next to Emil, who hesitantly hugged him. Not too tight, but tight enough to let the other know that he was worried. Lukas wrapped his arm around Emil in an equally thought out hug.

Berwald glanced back at them through his rearview mirror, something felt off. With the state Matthias was in compared to how Lukas looked, it was suspicious. Especially since the airbag was disabled on Lukas' side. Nonetheless, he started driving home.

Once the four were home, nobody talked. They all sat in the main room, Tino with a cup of coffee, Berwald leaning forward with his hands clasped and occasionally looking over to the two figures on the sofa who were unusually close together. Normally Emil wouldn't even hug Lukas for more than two minutes but he's been laid in his brother's lap for around an hour now, arms around Lukas' hips in a manner that screamed he needed to be comforted. Lukas had a blanket put on both of them, running his fingers through Emil's snowy white and soft hair.

The look on Lukas' face was equivalent to a dead person's as if he just lost the love of his life. In his mind, it was just the opposite. For some reason, he had seen Matthias as an obstacle, a foe to be defeated in order to get to the goal... yet, he didn't even know why... but the next challenge became clear as filtered water when he accidentally locked eyes with the tall and menacing Swede on the other side of the room. He didn't have a reason to be doing this he just felt like it. Their staring contest was interrupted as a sniffle came from the blonde beside Ber. Tino sat his mug down as he wiped his tears away, the look on his face showed nothing but utter despair as more tears fell and he leaned into the Swede next to him.

Lukas upturned his eyebrows in concern but didn't move because Emil had fallen asleep and he didn't want to disturb the teen. So he watched with a bit of jealousy as Berwald pulled Tino into a soft and supportive hug.

Lukas let his head fall back, humming so softly a tune to himself as gore filled thoughts ran around and plagued his mind. His movements became self-conscious as he sat up carefully, setting Emil to the side and going into the kitchen.

Lukas leaned against the wall and slid down to a sitting position as he covered his mouth and started to silently cry. God what did he do, he killed his best friend, someone who was so close to him. He felt something wind up in the pit of his stomach, feeling sick and guilty as a loud sob escaped his hand.

Tino heard him and tried to stop his own crying. "B-ber, will you check on him? I don't want him doing anything to h-himself." The Finn mumbled. Berwald reluctantly stood up, going to the kitchen and sighing sadly at the Norwegian hiccuping on the floor.

He sat next to Lukas, leaning back against the wall. He put an arm around Lukas' back sympathetically, not really knowing how to comfort him since the two hardly talked. So they just sat there, one crying, and one thinking to himself.
