Lukas laid relaxed in his warm sheets, arm behind one head and the other soothingly running his hands through Emil's hair. The teen had been sleeping with him ever since Matthias died because of his nightly bad dreams. So it was usually just them two, right? Tonight Lukas was a little surprised as he heard a knock on his bedroom door. He slid out of position and stepped over to the door, opening it and being a little surprised to see Tino.

"L-lukas....can I..." He sounded almost embarrassed. "I know you have Emil in there but I'm really not used to sleeping alone..." He prayed Lukas knew what he was talking about, and he did.

The Norwegian pulled open the door, allowing the Finn to step in and make his way over to the bed. He didn't lay down right away and instead waited for Lukas to climb in the blankets so he could be in the middle.

It didn't matter to Lukas, he wasn't going to sleep tonight anyway. He couldn't ever fall asleep easily anymore due to that certain feeling and the horrible thoughts which plagued his mind.

Tino let out a shaky sigh and wrapped his arms around Lukas', nuzzling into him. Lukas only stared at the ceiling. Not long after, maybe just a few minutes, light snores were heard from the Finn beside him. Lukas quietly chuckled to himself at the current thought, the thought that the only two people that he ever really cared for were both in bed with him. Yet he didn't feel a thing.

Normally, his body would feel a small jolt of excitement. He sighed, wanting to slide out of the covers but he was trapped. So, Lukas laid there. His face was plain, eyes were dull, it looked like nothing was going on. And that's how he stayed.

When the three remaining Nordics had all woken up, it was...quiet. Tino asked Emil to do the dishes as he didn't feel good and went upstairs to take a shower. Emil did as he was asked and ran some water, plugging the sink. The Norwegian watching them thought up something. He no longer was even there. It was like he had been lost, like a ghost trapped in an old house...

Almost without thought, Lukas subtly grabbed the kitchen knife from it's holding block and followed Tino upstairs. Tino, of course, didn't notice. He only found out someone was following him when he got to the bathroom and turned to close the door, letting out a shriek as Lukas was standing in front of him.

"Jesus Christ, what the hell did you do that for!?" Tino harshly whispered, trying to calm down his heart. He felt a few shivers go down his spine, feeling slightly unnerved at the way Lukas' eyes were glazed over. He only now noticed how colourless they had gotten, a pale almost white purple covering what used to be dark and mysterious violet eyes.

"L-lukas... Are you feeling okay?" Tino's voice sounded shaky, breath catching in his throat as light reflected off an object behind Lukas' back. Was that...

Lukas grabbed Tino by the waist, pulling him close almost like it was a hug. He pulled the knife from his back and easily pierced it into Tino's stomach. The Finn's eyes went wide, they were staring into Lukas'. No, not Lukas'. Whoever it was, this wasn't Lukas.

He clutched onto the Norwegian's shirt, a few whimpers escaping his mouth as streams blood followed. Lukas let Tino fall to the ground, but not before kissing his lips softly. He turned and left, shutting the door.

Downstairs Emil was starting to finish up the dishes. They didn't have a lot anymore so it didn't take long. The teen jumped, feeling someone hug him from behind but relaxing a little when he realized it was just Lukas.

"You scared me, asshole..." He mumbled, trying to shove Lukas off himself. When he let go right away Emil couldn't help but feel...weird. He shivered a little, turning around to what would have been a normal sight if it weren't for the bit of blood and horrible aura that surrounded his brother.

"H-hey... Is something wr-wrong?" Emil couldn't hide the bit of fear in his voice, yelping a little as he was pulled into an unusually cold hug. The Icelander's heart pounded against his chest roughly. Something didn't feel right, it all felt wrong, he didn't hear the shower water upstairs running and that gave him anxiety. His eyes widened and his breathing paused as he felt a soft, cold, kiss press against his neck. Emil whimpered softly as he tried to pull away but Lukas' grip only got tighter and it started to hurt.

Tino felt his body heat slowly fade away. He couldn't believe it, his best friend just tried to kill him. The Finn's vision started to get blurry and dark, he shut his eyes and prayed that Lukas wasn't going to hurt Emil.

"T-TINO!"

Tino's eyes shot open as Emil screamed his name. That maternal instinct took over as he tried to stand, his arms giving out the first time but he was soon on his knees and lifting himself with the towel rack. He pulled said object out of its place and made his way downstairs to discover something he never wanted to see.

Lukas had that same blank face as he held Emil's head underwater. Seemingly void of emotion as the teen thrashed and tried to pull out from under him. Emil seemed to be running out of energy and this gave Tino a boost of adrenaline.

He lifted up the rod and ran at Lukas, hitting him as hard as he could in the head. This caused the Norwegian to stumble back and let go of Emil, who had almost stopped moving, falling against the counter. Tino lifted Emil out of the water, making sure he was breathing before hitting Lukas a second time. This time he fell to the floor, head in hands.

Tino collapsed next to the Icelander, moving the drenched hair out of his face before hugging Emil tightly.

"Oh god, Emil, I was so scared." Tino let out a relieved sigh, ignoring the pain tearing at his still bleeding wound.

"Tino... You..." Emil looked down at the knife, covering his mouth. "Oh my god..."

"No, I'm okay. I swear. I just..." Tino stopped talking as they heard mumbling coming from Lukas. They both looked over, watching him rock back and forth as it seemed he was talking to himself.

Tino stood up, almost falling but he caught himself on the counter. He limped over to the phone, dialing the respective 113. As he was stating their emergency, Emil inched closer to Lukas who seemed to be trying to push himself away.

"S-stoppe... Vær så snill... Stoppe..." Lukas extended his arm as if he wanted to keep distance. Emil hesitated, almost turning around if it weren't for the tears falling mercilessly out of his big brother's eyes. He pressed his hand to Lukas', twining their fingers together.

"Why did you do that...?" The hurt in Emil's voice was enough to make Lukas start to loudly sob.

"V-vehem...ent..." He didn't finish his sentence, slamming his head against the cabinet door roughly and screaming. Tino finally noticed how close Emil had gotten, he threw the phone down and pulled the teen away.

"Wait! Tino he's-" Emil was cut short as police sirens were heard outside, he looked up at Tino with alarm.

"It's the only thing I could do, Emil, I'm sorry."
