Kakashi's Pov:
"You've been called to the Hokage's office" Yamato says, interrupting my book.
"Alright." I get up off the ground sighing as I put my book away. As I make my way to Tsunade's office I see Sakura walking the same direction. I get excited to see her every time. I think about getting hurt on missions just so I have an excuse to go see her at the hospital. I constantly want to go to her favorite places around Konoha to secretly look for her. I jump onto the roof of the building in front of her and wave to get her attention.
"Yo" I say trying not to sound too excited to see her . She looks nothing like she used to when I was teaching her. She's beautiful. Her short hair making her look more mature than when she had it long. Her hair looks more pink than I remember. The diamond on her forehead fit her so well. I knew she was training to be a doctor, and she would be great at it. Her constant care for people-
"Hey Kakashi-Sensei! What are you doing here?" she asks completely snapping me out of my train of thought.
"Oh I'm on my way to Tsunade's office-"
"Oh me too!" again cutting me off. I cant help but chuckle. She's so cute, I can't help thinking about how her hand felt on my face when she healed my eye.
"We can walk together if you want." She says shyly, as if I'd say no.
"Good Idea." I say as if I wasn't just hoping she would suggest that. Should I be thinking this way about my former student? Its not like it can hurt my chances of becoming Hokage I don't think. I doubt she even has the same feelings as I do. She couldn't. Right? The beautiful, Talented, Strong, caring Sakura having feelings for me? the thought seems ridiculous and I accidently laugh loud enough for her to hear.
"What's funny Kakashi-sensei?" She asks slightly tilting her head to the side. I can feel my cheeks blush a little in embarrassment .
"Oh nothing." I lie "you don't have to call me Sensei anymore. You can just call me Kakashi." I look at her as a talk and her face lights up as she smiles at me. God she's gorgeous.
"Ok! Kakashi." she blushes as she smiles at me. I love the way she says my name. I cant help but imagine how she would sound moaning it. Wait. I shouldn't be thinking like that. I shook my head trying to erase the thoughts. Thankfully we walked into the Hokage office so we weren't alone anymore.
"Good morning Lady Tsunade." Sakura says as she opens the door, but no one is here. So I close the door and push Sakura against the wall with her hands above her head. My face only inches away from hers.
"You're so beautiful Sakura." I say as I start kissing her neck through the fabric of my mask.
"Kakashi" Sakura moans, and it sounds just as good as I imagined. I move my hands up and down her body as she runs her fingers through my hair. I start to take my mask off to kiss her when-
"Kakashi. Kakashi-sensei? Are you ok?" I look over to Sakura and Shizune looking at me confused. Then officially snapping out of my little daydream I look over to Lady Tsunade. She looks irritated and I straighten up and look ready to listen like a middle schooler just scolded by his teacher.
"As you know. Since the War there has been a big spike of people dying of an unknown illness."
"Yes, Ma'am. We were thinking it might be a poison. Possibly biocide since it doesn't seem to be contagious and all who are affected were survivors of the last fight against Koshigakure." Sakura says. She sounds so mature and intelligent. I mean. Why wouldn't she. She's been doing this for over a year now, she knows what she's doing and it's not surprising how fast she learned everything. She's always been very smart. Tsunade folds her hands and leans forward on her desk.
"Hmmm. in that case it might be Shioko Arai" Tsunade stands and turns to look out the window overlooking the village. "He is a poison specialist and an amazing assassin. I want you two to leave immediately to Koshigakure. Report back to me as soon as possible. Try to take him prisoner so we can integrate him at the earliest possible."
"Hai" we said in unison. We run out of the office and run to our houses to grab our things for the mission. I should be sharp. Alert and ready for anything. But all I can think about is going on a mission alone with Sakura. I grab my bag and white cloak and run to Sakura's house. I knock on the door and she yells to come in. I walk in her house and it smells like cherry blossoms and I mentally take a note of how her house looks. Its so clean. Almost like no one lives here. Something out of a magazine.
"Sorry it's such a mess in here. I haven't been here in a couple days." Sakura yells from her bedroom. I walk in and lean against the door frame.
"A few days?"
"Yea." She says grabbing the last of her clothes and stuffing them into her bag "I have been so busy lately at the hospital I've just been sleeping there. I'm too tired to walk home." She keeps talking as we walk out the door motioning for me to follow. We keep talking about her work until we get to the edge of the village.
"This mission will be an S- rank mission. Do not raise any suspicion that you are from another village. Especially the Hidden Leaf. The Village Hidden in the Stars is about a week away from here. Now be careful." Tsunade warns.
"Yes ma'am." Sakura says. We walk out of the gates and onto our 5 week mission. Koshigakure and Konohagakure used to be allies. Until the Village hidden in the stars got over-populated and eventually over run with gangs and rouge ninja. Even though it is very dangerous, it can be such a beautiful place.
