Seconds away with bullets at my finger tips
My clock tics backwards
Empty promises and broken dreams
Lost hopes of any and all ambition
I sit... and I wait
Wait for my breath to exhale the carbon
Wait for my eyes to tear from the thoughts of my lost chapters
Wait for my story to finally be heard and understood by the ignorance of my own mother
I sit and wait for my father to hold me and tell me I'll be okay, because sometimes..
Sometimes words could save a soul..
Sometimes the thought of having someone crying at my bedside instead of my casket could ease the burning pain.
Sometimes it's okay to want to feel okay.
Its okay to cry. Its okay to laugh. Its okay to breath.
Its okay to say, "I'm happy"
because sometimes, we reach the back cover of our favorite book sooner than we expect...
and sometimes, we just couldn't last until the end.
