Chapter 8

Myles's POV

Nat was sitting on top of me, then she took her shirt off and i lost my breath instantly. She leaned over to kiss me again, i swear she's the best kisser.. As our lips continued to move in sync i couldn't help but get lost in my thought. Just everything, today was the perfect day. And now I'm making out with the most beautiful girl I've ever laid eyes on, if it ain't love at first sight, let me walk by again! Not only is she beautiful, but she has the cutest laugh that makes me smile every time i hear it. She stopped me in my thoughts when she pulled away and just looked at me, i could tell she was thinking. I was scared that she would say 'maybe we shouldn't do this' or 'i think were taking it to fast' but thankfully she didn't. She just opened her mouth as if she was about to speak but then closed it and sighed. "Whats wrong Natty?" I asked looking into her eyes.

Natty's POV

"Whats wrong Natty?" Myles asked me, looking deep into my eyes.. I could tell he was concerned, and i liked that.. It shows that he cares, unlike other guys who just pretend to care. "Nothing.. Its stupid." I whispered and tilted my head down. I ran my fingers up and down his perfectly chiseled abs. "I can tell somethings wrong.. I cant help if you don't tell me whats wrong." He whispered back. "Why would you even want to help me Myles??" I asked sounding kind of bitchy.. I was hoping he wouldn't get mad "Natalie I've never said this to any girl before because I've never truly felt it. Even ask Kalin, I've had year long relationships without telling the girl that I love her because i believe that boyfriends and girlfriends are only temporary, and true love comes when you find your soulmate, not just your boyfriend or girlfriend. Natalie Ava White i love you, I'm in love with you. Everything about you is spot on to what makes me melt. The side smile you get when you're embarrassed, the way your curly hair bounces when you walk, this is all stuff I've noticed since the moment i first saw you today. Ive never payed so much attention to a girl but you're not just a girl, you're my future wife. And i don't care what anyone has to say about it." He rambled on, but it didn't seem like rambling, it seemed like he'd known me for my whole life and planned out exactly how he would say this to me. It was perfect. And by the time he finished i already had tears in my eyes. "Natalie i know we just met, not even 24 hours ago. But will you please be my girlfriend?" Aaaannnd the tears began to flow. I was choked up and i couldn't even speak, i was so happy i just nodded and he sat up and kissed my lips softly. He pulled away and wiped my tears. "Now baby, tell me whats bothering you." He said. "I don't think Josie likes me very much.."

Myles's POV

"I don't think Josie liked me very much.." She trailed off. I rolled my eyes. "Don't worry about her. None of the guys like her anyways. Well, expect for Kalin. He's the only reason we ever invite her over." I said sternly. "Did something happen between you guys?" She asked. "Not really, i mean nothing ever happened but she makes a big deal out of something so small." She gestured for me to continue. "Well Ive known Josie and Baylynne since 5th grade and a few years ago when i met Kalin i introduced him to them. He instantly fell in love with Josie, but Josie has always liked me. She has ruined all my relationships, and tried going down on me a million times but i always stop her. Plus her dad is Jose Canseco, former MLB outfielder, so competitiveness runs in her blood. Her mom is also famous so she thinks shes some sort of superstar. She thinks she can get everything she wants. I just don't like her at all, shes not my type." I told her everything. "Why don't you like her? Shes gorgeous." Nat asked me. "She might be woman crush wednesday material but shes just not girlfriend material. I like brunettes, shes blonde. I like brown, green, and hazel eyes. Hers are blue. Idk, i just dont like blue eyes. I like short girls, shes tall. I like curvy girls and shes just way to skinny." I continued listing things that i didn't like about Josie. "As you can see you're everything i like." I said making her smile. "I love you" Nat said smiling, "I love you too, I'm in love with you." I replied. "So does that mean Josie is gonna tear us apart?" She asked. "Nope. I won't let her. I finally found my soul mate and ill love you till death do us part. The only way you'll stop being my girlfriend is when i give you an engagement ring an make you my fiancé, and then my wife." She smiled that beautiful smile that surprisingly turns me on like crazy. She got off of me and told me she was going to take a shower to clear her mind a little. As i was waiting for her i put on a movie. Then i took out my phone and changed her contacts name from 'Natty🍑👀🙀' to 'Babygirl🔒💑💘💍'.

Natalie's POV

I got out of the shower and wrapped myself up in a towel. I walked back into the room to see Myles cuddled up under the blankets so i just put on a black sports bra and some gray baggy sweatpants. I put my hair into a messy bun and hopped onto the bed and under the covers. I cuddled up next to him and nuzzled my head into his chest. He wrapped his arms around me and i drifted to sleep.
