Chapter 16

Myles's POV

After breakfast I told everyone to go relax in the living room and Mama and I would stay behind and clean up. I was washing the dishes and a thought popped into my head. "So mama, how am i gonna get Natty alone? what should I do?" i asked. "Well hunny, girls love when you make things personal. I'll take Nat and Lala out shopping so you can talk to the guys and figure something out, Sound good?" she said. "Yeah, thats perfect." I said. We finished cleaning and went into the living room. "Natty, Lala, go get dressed were gonna go to the mall for a little bit okay? For some girl time." Mama said. The girls headed upstairs and I stopped Starlah before she went up. "Thank you so much mama." i mouthed to her and she smiled and went upstairs.

Natty's POV

"Natty, Lala, go get dressed were gonna go to the mall for a little bit okay? For some girl time." Auntie Starlah said. I smiled at Lala and picked her up running up the stairs. I brought her to her room and Starlah walked in to pick out clothes for her. I went to my room and took a shower. When i got out I brushed my teeth and rummaged through my closet. I put on some lightwash ripped jeans and a navy blue loose v neck that i tied on the side. I slipped on my creme vans that had a blue stripe on the rubber and a random gold necklace with a white crystal on the end. I put on minimal makeup, some concealer, mascara, and baby lips chapstick. I decided it wasn't enough so i put on a little bit of bronzed and eyeliner on my tightline to make my eyelashes look thicker and make my green eyes pop. I put on a small knuckle ring with a heart and then i remembered the necklace Myles got me. I put that on too and grabbed my tan bag and headed downstairs. My hair was just left in its natural curls because it wasnt really that messy since i'd washed it. When i reached the bottom of the stairs i yelled "Vans to the fourth hole thats how i rock em!" and Myles started laughing. He got up and walked towards me. "You look so cute." he said with a smile. "Thanks, I try." I said blushing, "You don't need to try though." He said. "Hey guys come look at this picture!" Jake yelled as Kalin started giggling. He pulled out his phone and on it was a picture of Myles and I in bed last night when we were sleeping. I was cuddled up into his neck and his mouth was wide open. "Catching flies?" I said through my laughing. That one got a great reaction, Kalin was laughing so hard he hunched over and was basically touching his head to the floor. Jake was smacking the couch while he laughed. Myles had an embarrassed look on his face. He leaned against the couch, and I leaned up against him. "Babe Im just joking.." i said. "Yeah yeah just kiss me already." I smiled and leaned in. We kissed and i still felt the sparks from the first kiss we had. I was happy that i still felt the same exact way i did when i met him. Even though its only been a few days it feels like its been a lifetime. I love that feeling.
