Chapter 6

Myles's POV

I waited for Jake and Natalie to leave so i could talk to Kalin. As soon as the door closed i grabbed his arm. "Kalin i need your help!" I said looking him dead in the eye. "Okay ill help just let go of my damn arm!" He said and we both started laughing. "So whats up? he asked. "Okay i know that Natalie and i just met but shes perfect. I need you to help me get her pleeaassee." He agreed but told me that he'd kill me if i hurt her, which made sense cuz thats his cousin. "Thank you so much man you don't know how thankful i am." I told him and we began planning how to get her to like me. "I need to spend more time with her Kalin." I told him. "I'm sure my mom wouldn't mind if her and i spent the night here. You can get to know her a little better." Kalin said. I told him that idea was perfect. Then I texted Jake and told him to come back upstairs. A few minutes later they came in the door with two bowls of popcorn and some strawberry lemonade. "So Natty, Would you wanna spend the night here so you can get to know the boys a little better?" Kalin asked Natalie. I noticed he'd called her Natty. If we date I'm gonna call her Natty-Bear, kinda like teddy bear. "I don't know, won't that be kinda awkward? You know, me being the only girl and all.." Natalie said. Fuck, i didn't think about that. "Umm we can call over Josie and Baylynne if you want.. You'll end up meeting them anyways." I quickly replied. Josie and Baylynne are from a YouTube show called SummerBreak. "Uh sure that sounds good i guess" she said back. I texted Baylynne and told her to text Josie.

We were chilling in the living room and a few minutes later Bay (everyone calls Baylynne Bay) and Josie showed up. We introduced them to Natalie and luckily they instantly clicked and after a while it seemed like they had known each other forever.

Natalie's POV

I need to figure out a way to tell Kalin. Its my first day here and I'm already starting to have feelings for Myles. I don't know, just theres something about him thats different from all the other guys. Wait, i got it. Ill tell Kalin that he needs to take me to the house to get something.. "Kalin can you take me to the house for a minute?" "For what?" He said. The fuck Kalin just take me to the damn house. "Umm.. I- i need my toothbrush" i managed to put together an excuse. "We have extras, our friends always forget to bring them." Jake said. "Yeah well i have a special toothbrush so c'mon Kalin lets go!" I grabbed his arm and dragged him out the door. We were halfway to the house when he broke the silence between us. "Just one question, why do you have a special toothbrush??" He asked, you could tell he was confused. "Kalin i don't have a special toothbrush i just needed to talk to you about something." I finally spilled. "You coulda just taken me to another room."

"Well i need pajamas anyways but this is serious Kalin." I made sure he knew i wasn't joking. "Whats going on thats such a big deal? Is everything okay?" You could hear the worry in his voice. "Yes everything's okay, but i.. I- i think i like Myles.." I said softly. "Natalie!" Kalin shouted as we reached the front door. "What Kalin??" "Bruh Myles likes you too! When Jake asked you to get snacks with him its because Myles told him to get you out of the room. After you guys left he told me how much hes already starting to like you." Kalin said. I was completely shocked. We walked up to my room and i packed a bag for the night with pj's, clothes for tomorrow, and my makeup. I guess Kalin already has clothes that he keeps there since a lot of the time he stays the night there when they work on music. As we were walking back he told me he would come up with a plan to get me and Myles alone.
