Chapter 10

Natalie's POV

I woke up from a lot of laughter coming from downstairs, must be the boys watching movies cuz i noticed Myles wasn't next to me. I rolled over to get my phone off the nightstand and nearly smashed my face into a nike shoe box. "What the fuck..?" I whispered under my breathe. I saw a pink sparkly bag with white tissue paper next to it and a pink card on top of the shoe box. I sat up in bed and saw that the card had my name on it. An instant smile formed onto my face as a few tears of joy started to come out, yeah i know i cry at everything I'm an emotional person.. I checked my phone first and it was about 9am. I picked up the card and took it out of the envelope. It was a light yellow card with a picture of little cartoons of a couple looking at the sun on the front and white writing that said 'You are the only ray of sunshine i need'. I opened it up to see what it said on the inside. 'Natalie, you are my sunshine. Ill love you as long as the moon is up in the sky at night. Its the look you gave me when i first met you that makes me fall harder for you every moment of the day, and every moment that you're on my mind. I will always love you with all my heart don't you ever forget that, any obstacles that end up in our way will surely be knocked down by my beautiful baby and I. -Myles Blake Parrish (p.s were having a movie marathon tonight because your cuddles make me love you 100x more.)' a few tears fell onto the card and i laughed. Myles must've heard my sobbing because he came in the door at the exact moment i closed the card. I looked at him and i couldn't even form words. "You open the gifts yet?" He asked. I shook my head no and jumped off the bed and into his arms. He swung me around a few times until letting me back onto my feet, i kept my grip on him the whole time. When he put me down i tilted my head up and looked into his beautiful deep brown eyes. He wiped my left over tears and i leaned in to kiss him. He closed the gap between us and our lips moved in sync. I pulled away and laid my head on his shoulder hugging him tightly. "I feel stupid at the fact that you've already seen me cry twice.." I said and we both chuckled. We went and sat down on the bed so i could open my gifts. I opened the bag first, since he told me to. Inside was a little tiffany box that i opened revealing a silver necklace with three little keys on it. "The keys represent the key to my heart, the key to my happiness, and the key to my soul. Because you now carry all 3." He said pointing to each key, It was the cutest thing ever. I put the cover back on the box and pulled out the next thing which was the Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream perfume. "Oh my gosh I've been eyeing this since it was released!" I shouted and took the cover off to spray it on my wrist and smell it. "Daisy dream because you're my dream girl!" He said and we both started cracking up laughing. "Oh i also got you some Quickly's right there if you didn't see it yet." He told me. i grabbed it off the nightstand and sipped it closing my eyes. "Mmmm.." I trailed off. I put it down then pulled the next thing out of the bag which was a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates, my favorite! "YUM!!!" I shouted and he giggled at me. "Are these flowers mine too?" I asked him. He nodded, "17 red roses for the years i should've been with you and 1 white rose for the first yearng were about to spend together." He said and i just about melted, i flung myself on top of him and started planting kisses all over his face. We sat back up and i reached for the shoe box. "Wait a second we'll open those downstairs cuz i want Jake and Kalin to see them, plus theres another surprise." He said. I grabbed the shoe box and followed him downstairs and into the living room where i sat in between Jake and Kalin. "Well good morning young tiredness!" Jake said and we all laughed. Myles left the room to go get something and i put the shoe box on top of the coffee table. "Like Cali so far?" Kalin asked. "Like would be an understatement" I said and smiled at him. Myles came back into the room and set another nike box onto the table, he faced the opening towards me. "Don't ask, just on the count of 3 open your box and ill open mine." He said. I nodded and he began counting. "1... 2... 3!" He yelled and we both opened our boxes. I squealed because i was so happy!😂 In my box was a pair of all black nike roshes that I've been saving up for. Myles had the same in his box, "Take them out and look at the tab." He said. I took both shoes out of the box and on the left tab it said my initials and on the right tab it said his initials. He took his out and showed me, it was the same thing except opposite of mine. "My initials on your right cuz I'm right for you, and yours on my right since you're right for me." He said and smiled. "You're so damn clever!" I shouted before getting up to hug him. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his around my waist. "Thank you baby, i love you." I whispered into his ear. "I love you too." He whispered back.

Myles's POV

I'm so happy she liked everything. This is probably one of the best days of my life. I cant believe this is the beginning of a lifetime i plan on spending with Natalie. Shes definitely my first true love. Well, my only true love, my soulmate. I love her to death already. I was zoning out thinking about these things.. "Myles.. MYLES!!!" Kalin shouted. "HUH?" I yelled back snapping out of my thoughts. "Really bro? Again??!" Jake said and everyone started laughing. "Anyways, so do you guys want to go to the beach later?" Kalin said and we all nodded. "Until then lets continue with this movie marathon." Jake said and pressed play on the movie and i took the two shoe boxes upstairs and into my room. I went into the guest room to get all of Natalie's things and set them up in my room since she wouldn't be needing that guest room anymore. I went downstairs and everyone had moved so Natalie and i could sit together. Jake was sitting on the love seat and Kalin was on the end of the couch with his feet up as usual lol. I sat on the other end of the couch so Natalie was in the middle of us and her and i both put our feet up. Only about 10 hours into the day and I'm already happy with the outcome so far..
