Chapter 5

Natalie's POV

Kalin and i went outside and he walked straight past his car. "We walking?" I asked. "Yeah, he only lives up the street." He said. We walked for maybe 5 minutes until we arrived at a house that looked somewhat similar to Kalin's, but then again all the houses on this block look alike. I followed Kalin up to the door and he knocked. A kid with spiked hair and brown eyes opened the door. He was around 5'4 but you could tell he was younger than Kalin and I, maybe like 15? "Hey Kalin," he said and looked at Kalin with a confused look. "Oh this is my cousin Natalie," he said gesturing towards me. "Natalie this is Myles's little brother Jake." Kalin finished. "Hey" Jake said. I waved and forced a smile on my face so i didn't seem like a bitch. He smirked at me, and something about it made me blush. He's definitely a charmer, but he's way to young for me.

"Wheres Myles?" Kalin asked. "He's in the studio." Kalin walked past Jake and and i followed him. Jake closed the door behind us all. "Its not really a studio, its just an office with studio equipment in it." He whispered in my ear and i laughed. Kalin lead us up a flight of stairs and down the hall to a room.

Myles's POV

Jake went downstairs to open the door. I was messing around with some beats we were making and scribbling some lyrics here and there. The door opened and it was Kalin. "Hey man wha-" i didn't even finish my sentence i was so blown away by the girl behind Kalin. He was talking to me but i wasn't paying attention because I was to busy staring at the girl. "Uhh.. Mm... Uh" i mumbled. "Myles.. Myles.... MYLES!!!" Kalin yelled. "HUH uh what did you say i wasn't paying attention." I said not taking my eyes off the girl. "Yeah we can tell." Jake said and they all laughed. "I saaaaid, this is my cousin Natalie, Natalie this is Myles." Kalin repeated what he was saying to me as i zoned out. "Oh, hey" i said softly and smiled at her with my best smile. Shes so beautiful, green eyes, tan skin, kinda short which is good cuz I'm not exactly tall. Amazing brown naturally curly hair that stopped maybe an inch and a half above her butt, which may i add was also pretty amazing for her size. Soon enough everyone was sitting down talking about random stuff, pretty much just anything that came up in the conversation. I needed to get Kalin alone so i could talk to him, so i texted Jake.

Myles: Jake i need you to take Natalie downstairs so i can talk to Kalin alone. Ill tell you why later

Jake: what should i say?

Myles: just ask her to go get snacks with you.

Jake: okie

Myles: thanks bruh

Jake: no prob

"Natalie wanna go get some snacks with me?" Jake said. "Yeah." Natalie replied softly.
