It was finally New years eve and everyone was preparing to go to Taeyong's party, the new year's party that was hosted at his house every year. They agreed that the meeting time was 5 o' clock (Aka 6 because they cba coming at 5).

For the past 2 days, Ten and Mark had switched households so that Ten could stay with Johnny and Mark could stay with Haechan. Not surprisingly, the couples were less productive and weren't even changed when it turned half past 5. They had completely lost track of time.

"Crap crap crap fucking shit we are gonna be SOOOOO late," Ten rambled, putting on a pair of dark denim Jeans, a spotty, white, off-the-shoulder top, white air force ones and a curled, brown wig on his head. He made sure to comb it out so it didn't look terrifying.

Johnny came into the room wearing dark denim jeans, spotty white polo and white air force ones. They were basically twinning which is the cutest thing in the world. After getting changed, doing their hair and all that jazz, they were out the door and into the car. They made sure to bring their entire stash of wines because 2 or 3 bottles isn't enough for 18 people. Plus Kun's dumb girlfriend.

Once they were in the car, they breathed a sigh of relief, resting for a minute. Johnny looked up from his phone and looked to his right, taking in Ten's beauty. He placed a kiss on Ten's temple and turned his head to peck his lips. It felt great how he could openly show affection towards him whenever he wanted to.

Cutely, Ten smiled while showing his adorable dimples. "You're such a softy, you know that right?"

"Not until I asked you out," Johnny laughed, engulfing Ten in a cosy hug. "If I could, I would hug you every second of the day and snuggle you at night. How could I not? You're just so adorable!"

After they pulled away, Johnny started the car and started playing exo's love shot on 75% volume because full volume was too loud. The two sang along loudly as they drove over to Taeyong and Jaehyun's house.

"IT'S THE LOVE SHOT! NAAAAAA NANA NANA NANAAAAA!"

Once the song ended, they were already at the house, on time. It was surprising for them as they thought they would be late. Shrugging it off, they knocked on the door and were let inside by a smiling Taeyong.

"Ooooo you guys are twinning? What's the occasion?" Taeyong asked, grinning brightly.

"That's something I want to tell everyone once they all get here," Johnny smiled and patted Taeyong's shoulder.

It took an hour for all 18 (and Kun's "girlfriend") to get there and by the time they all gathered together it was 6:30. They all sat in a crowd as Taeyong stood at the front being the confident MC.

"Welcome everyone to the 2nd annual new year's party that's been hosted at our house!" He announced, everyone clapping. "So firstly I would like to point out that if you need to 'retreat' upstairs, use the guest rooms and not me and Jaehyun's rooms. Secondly, there are limited drinks here so don't go overboard. Lastly, I hear that Johnny and Ten have an announcement to tell us so come on up you two!"

The two struggled out of the see of people, getting to the front and smiling. Johnny held the mic up to his mouth and began the speech. "I'd like to reiterate how weird the last few days were. Christmas was spectacular yet the days that led up until now... It was pretty hard for me and this guy right here."

"Just get to the point already!" Haechan shouted from the middle of the crowd, Mark hitting his shoulder.

"Yeah we're getting there chill your ass," Ten said, carrying on Johnny's speech. "We'd like to finally announce that we are finally official! We're now boyfriend and boyfriend and Johnny's gay."

The crowd arose in cheers of "I knew it"s and "I told you so"s and applause. Some were even confused because they had only known each other for like 2 months. Nevertheless, they were happy for them either way.

After the big announcement, everyone got down and dirty in Jaehyun and Taeyong's big ass house, drinking as much as they were allowed to. Some even 'retreated' upstairs before it turned 10 o' clock! Like there is 4 hours left, chill yoself before you wreck yoself.

It was only a matter of time until the clock struck 11:50pm and it was almost time for midnight. All the boys (and the girl) gathered in the back garden around the fireworks. They were going to set it off once it hit midnight and have the best firework display on the street.

Time was ticking fast and then suddenly it turned to 11:59. Everyone was stirring and blabbering for it was extremely cold and crowded in the back garden. Before they knew it, it was 30 seconds left, then 20, then 10 seconds.

Hastily, the fireworks were set off and everyone was cheering for the new year. There were high pitched dolphin screams- wait, that was just Chenle. Let me correct myself, Chenle was screaming whilst everyone was complaining to make him stop. In addition, there were people making out, people taking selfies, people videoing everything for snapchat and instagram and just people being people.

Johnny and Ten stood together, admiring the beautiful fireworks display. Staring up at the bright sparks, hand in hand, was a somewhat comforting feeling. Sighing, the two looked into each other's eyes and edged closer together, Johnny bending down slightly to reach Ten's height. Once they faced each other, Ten giggled and jumped on Johnny, wrapping his legs around his waist, the two both laughing adorably.

"Happy new year, Johnny," Ten smiled.

"Happy new year, Ten."

As soon as he finished his sentence, the two connected their lips in a gentle yet passionate kiss. The feeling of the others lips sent shivers down their spines and a cosy feeling in their stomachs. In the background, they heard a camera click and a proud "YES" shout out loud.

"WOOP NEW YEAR'S KISSSSS! You guys are adorable by the way," Taeyong cheered as the couple pulled away.

"Make sure to send me that! I want it as my lock screen," Johnny blurted out, Ten laughing as he rested on Johnny's shoulder. He was at peace... Yet, he wasn't at all.

Throughout the event and the intimate feelings he shared with Johnny, he just couldn't get the thought out of his mind. The words repeated over, and over again in his head. It was nothing, he thought. Just a hopeless prank, he thought. However, he knew it was all real and it was only a matter of time until those threats became reality.

"Say goodbye to your life, Ten. You won't see the last of me."
