"Stop hyperventilating Stella, it's just my brother."

"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked, incredulously. This is not something that should be found out at 11 in the morning (I'm hardly awake by then) and also not a topic for casual conversation, but she could've at least mentioned it once.

I almost had a heart attack when he answered the door, the funny thing was that he was so cool about it.

Versus I'm scarred for life. (he's paying for my therapy, by the way)

"Why would I?"

"Give a girl a moment to get used to your brother, who is MATT FREAKING SMITH!"

"Geez stop fan-girling, I'm nothing special." Matt said from behind the closed door.

"I could make so many comments about you right now, so don't even start." I called back, annoyed.

Why didn't she tell me, that is going against the best friend code right there. Like way way against, for gods sakes her brother is Matt Smith!

"I'm sorry Stell, Matt just showed up and I honestly didn't expect him to answer the door NAKED!" She shouted the last part, making sure Matt heard. "Seriously, who does he think is gonna answer the door, Santa?!" She shook her head, massaging her temples.

"I thought you ordered a pizza." Matt said sheepishly.

"And you would answer the door naked for the pizza guy. Oh my god." I was grinning at this point, I couldn't believe this, Matt Smith is ridiculous.

(I love him already.)

"I forgot I was naked!"

"How the hell do you forget that." Laura shot back, sarcastically.

"Well, I just-"

"I don't wanna hear it." She groaned.

I could tell she'd had enough with him at this point and he'd only been here not even a day. If she didn't want him, I'd be glad to take him (in a non-kidnapping, creepy stalker kinda way).

"Why are you here anyway?" She turned to me.

"Gee thanks, glad to know you hate me so much," I scoffed, faking a hurt expression. "But I was going to surprise you." I said honestly, shuddering. "Turns out I was the one who got surprised." I muttered to myself, my plans for the day just went out the window after this morning.

"Well that's my brother." She answered casually, glaring upstairs (if I were Matt I'd be scared, she could probably burn through the door with that glare).

This was honestly not how I ever imagined meeting Matt Smith, it was way worse (or better, take your pick) than I imagined.

But I can tell, we're going to be the best of friends. Whether he likes it or not (but I'd prefer if he put some clothes on first, I can't be seen with Matt Smith if he's just wearing a makeshift curtain).
