NOTE :;

Could you guys please start leaving a name? It doesn't even have to be your name, just the name of the OC you want to represent you. I'm sorry, but I like to actually refer to you guys in Imagines, and "{Y/N}" is annoying to write. Like I said, if you aren't comfortable with giving your own name, PLEASE make one up. Thanks. I hope you enjoy! I changed the plot you requested a bit to be easier :; he's still a player, though.

You threw the stuffed animals at the wall.

You ripped the pictures.

You snapped the stems of the roses he'd gotten you. You even contemplated burning the "love" letters he'd written to you this past year.

Why was everything wrong, so suddenly? What happened to him? The Dana you used to know? Where was he?

He'd been fine when you'd started dating him. He was loyal, selfless, and trustworthy. Now you didn't know what to believe. You'd just gotten off of a break with him after fighting about some stupid thing, and already, you were fighting again. It was the same old argument, and, in all honesty, his fault.

You told him to stay away from his ex's, all of them. And what do you find? Pictures, a ton, all over Instagram. They're all up on him, and does he look like he cares? No. You ask him out of curiousity if they were there, knowing that they were. What does he say? No, they weren't. What a liar.

It blew up into a big arguement, and now you sat in the middle of your room, surrounded by pictures and memories, feeling lost. Betrayed. Vunerable. Used. No word could describe what you felt.

You had your phone on speaker still, but neither of your dared to utter a word. It almost wasn't worth it; you'd end up arguing and calling each other nasty things again. Hearing him do as much as breathe on the other end even made you angry.

You carefully pick up the phone, holding it close to your mouth adn speaking slowly.

"I'm done. We're over. Don't even try calling because I won't answer." You heard him begin to say something on the other side, but it was too late. He'd lost his chance. He couldn't even come up with a decent excuse.

You toss your phone aside and curl up against the wall, observing the mess of things that would be gone in a matter of hours. They'd meant so much before, and now, they meant nothing at all. You didn't know this feeling until now, this void of happiness. It'd vanished because he couldn't keep it real with you, when all you'd ever done was be nice to him.

You dozed off after a while. It was late, and all that arguing had you sleep deprived. He wasn't worth fighting for anymore. He was young and stupid. Maybe you were too.

You awaken to the ever constant rapping on your balcony window.

Dana.

You jump up instantly, glaring through the glass before drawing the curtains.

"Go away."

"No. Let me in, we need to talk."

"Go away, or else I'll call the police."

You heard the smile in his voice. "You ain't about it."

You dash over and rip the curtains open harshly. "Don't test me, Vaughns."

He sighs. "Baby, I-"

Your jaw drops angrily. "Don't "baby" me," you hiss.

He bites his lip. "I didn't tell you because I knew this would happen."

You laugh hollowly. "So you thought lying was a better move, smartass? As if."

He presses his palms against the glass, looking at you with wide, doe-like eyes. "I never know the right thing to do. I know that I always screw up, but-" He pauses, pointing in. "What's all that?"

You turn around. All his stuff, strewn across the floor.

"Nothing," you say almost too quickly. "Look, what do you want? It's late. I'm tired."

His face fell. "I just wanted to see you, one last time..."

You raised your eyebrows. "I never broke up with you Dana... I- I just..." You bit your lip. "I don't trust you."

He whined. "You have to! Look, I know, I've changed, I get it. But believe me when I say that I'll do anything, whatever it takes to get you back. I don't care if it takes days, or months, or years. I want you to love me again like I love you."

Talk was cheap, and at this point, there was nothing he could do to prove it.

Not the happiest ending, but Dana loves you and that's all that matters lol xD
