     •3rd Person•

Dean and Sam stared at Castiel with questioning and confused faces. "You're her what now?" Dean asked. "Soulmate. Every angel has one." Castiel explained. "And... you know this how exactly?" Sam asked, an eyebrow raised in suspicion. "Yeah, How do you know you aren't pulling some crap story?"

Castiel rolled his eyes. "Do you remember how she yelled 'nice wings' earlier?" He asked. Dean and Sam thought for a moment, "Yeah I heard it."

"Okay, and do you see my wings?" Sam and Dean shook their heads no. "I only saw them the one time when we first met." Dean explained. "Exactly. I didn't directly show her them, she just saw them." Castiel spoke in a calm monotone. "So what does that have to do with her being your 'soulmate'?"

Castiel mentally face palmed. "Her seeing my wings without me showing her them myself means she is my soulmate." He exclaimed.

Dean rubbed his chin with a questioning look. "So does this mean she has to be with you?" He asked. "We're soulmates. We don't necessarily have to be together, but we're meant to." Castiel explained.

"Are you gonna tell her?" Sam asked. "Or are you gonna let her decide on her own if she's interested?"

"I don't know, Sam. I feel it's better for her to decide what and who she wants." The angel said, fiddling with his thumbs. It was right then when Kristen bursted through the door, leaving the other two in the dust.

"Hey babe, what's up—" Kristen was quick to cut her boyfriend off. "I need to talk to you." Dean nodded, following her to their bedroom.

He immediately picked up on how stressed she was compared to when she left. He grabbed her by the hand and lead her to the best, sitting her down and interlocking both their fingers. He rubbed his thumb back and forth over her knuckles and motioned for her to talk.

"I never told you about my ex." Is all she said at first. He tilted his head in confusion, "This ex is a hunter, too. And there is a lot of history and drama between us that I should tell you about."

"Alright," Dean said. "But don't feel pressured to tell me anything you don't want to, okay?" She nodded before continuing.

"We knew each other for three weeks before we started dating. It seemed like a great relationship at first, eventually I learned he was also a hunter and we would go on hunts and such together, I thought we were gonna last a long time. And than, this one specific hunt happened and I caught him with his ex girlfriend. That same hunt I had fucked up and a pack of vamps killed the family they had hostage, it was terrible and it was all my fault," Dean opened his mouth to say something before Kristen shook her head as a way to tell him no.

"Anyways, I was so pissed and so hurt about what he did that I wanted to get back at him. He loved hunting, and his mother hated cheating. So, I told her everything and she forbade him from hunting for 6 months. I hadn't seen him in years til today at the mall. I was in Victoria's Secret and he showed up, he kept reminding me of that hunt and kept saying all these things to bug me and I pulled a knife on him, telling him to leave me alone and he just left with no arguing. And now I'm scared that he's gonna keep showing up because that isn't like him to just go without being problematic. Something is gonna happen, I feel it." Kristen rambled on and on, spilling how fearful she was when it came to him.

Within minutes, Dean had pulled her into his chest and was stroking her hair while she took deep breathes.

"I can assure you, I won't let anything happen to you, Kristen. I promise. He's not gonna hurt you, not again. He'll have to get through me first." The dark blond assured her.

"If that's even possible, you're Dean friggin' Winchester." She said, causing him to chuckle. They sat in their position, her resting her head against him while he held her close. With his thumb and first finger he moved her chin so she was facing up at him.

"Hey, I love you." He said.

"I love you too." With that, she leaned forward and connected her lips to his. They molded together and it still gave her the thrills of their first kiss. Her hands went to his hair as his went to her cheeks, they pulled away for just a second to breathe before pressing their lips together once again and falling back into the bed.

Meanwhile, Emily was in her room with music blasting so she didn't have to hear what was going on down the hall. She was putting all her new things where she wanted them, singing loudly to the music she had playing.

"Hello, Emily." She jumper and almost screamed upon hearing the deep voice belonging to Castiel.

"Jeez, you scared me." She said as she placed her hand over her chest as she calmed down. "My apologies." He said as he glanced around her room.

"You seem to like to appear in my room, huh?" She asked in a teasing tone.

"In my defense, earlier was an accident." Castiel said. "What's your excuse now?" She asked.

"I just felt like talking to you." He said simply.

"Wow, an angel of the lord wanted to talk to me of all people. I'm so honored." Emily joked, causing Castiel to chuckle softly.

She put her bag down and directed her gaze directly at him, her eyes falling on his wings once again. "I can't get over how cool your wings are. They look so pretty,"

She took a step closer and Castiel tensed up but still responded with a small "thank you."

"Can I touch them?" She asked and he nodded in response. She lightly grazed her fingers over them, subconsciously nodding as she does so.

"I'm surprised no one else said anything about your wings, they're pretty damn cool." Emily muttered just enough for Castiel to hear. He tended once again, trying to think up a quick answer. "I don't know, maybe they were in a hurry or something."

Castiel's eyes darted all around the room trying to figure out what to chance the subject to. His eyes landed on the tv screen which had Netflix pulled up. "What's that?" He asked, pointing to the tv.

"Do you mean the tv or Netflix?"

"What's Netflix?" He asked, tilting his head in confusion. She stared at him with a look of disbelief. "Oh come on, there is no way you haven't heard of Netflix."

"Well..." He trailed off. "I never have heard of this 'Netflix' thing."

"We're changing that. Clear your schedule for the night, you're staying here, we're going to the living room and I'm going to introduce you to binging Netflix for 8 hours." Emily stated, beginning to grab pillows and blankets. She walked to the door and managed to throw it open, "come on." She said.

They set up on the couches and she loaded up a movie. She ran back to turn off her tv and her music, then rushing back to the living room.

"Damn you're really out here stealing the living room, huh?" Amber asked. "Oh, always." Emily joked.

"Can we at least chill in here to? I'm not trying to go upstairs right now. I would like to not have nightmares." Sam said in a semi-joking tone.

"Why the hell not? But you're getting your own pillows and stuff." Emily told him.

"Good, I like mine better anyways." Amber said with a hint of sass. She and Sam cautiously headed to their rooms to grab their things before joining Emily and Castiel in the living room.

"Do you think Kristen and Dean will come down here?" Amber asked, subtly scooting closer to Sam. "Oh god, I don't know. They seem pretty engaged in their activities I'd say." He said, causing everyone to laugh as the movie started.
