"Dean, Dean, Dean, Dean, Deano, Dean, Deany, Dean the bean, DEAN!" I shout at my boyfriend.

"What do you want?" He groans, turning his back on me.

     "You okay?" I ask.

"Peachy." He replies coldly. He's been acting like this sic me John died a few days ago, which I understand. I was the exact same way.

"Are you sure?" I ask again, putting my hand on his shoulder, causing him to turn around with angry eyes.

     "I'm fine!" He shouts.

"Dean, I know you just lost you father and it's hard, but that is no excuse to treat me like I'm just a bother." I say, sticking up for myself. He rolls his eyes, going to walk away from me with a dramatic groan.

"Don't you walk away from me." I sass, grabbing his bicep and turning him around. He swats me away.

     "Leave me alone." He snaps.

"Yeah, not happening." I reply with a dry laugh. I take a few moments to take deep breaths, watching him walk into Bobby's house. I see him standing in the kitchen above the sink, staring down at the dishes, his hands resting on the sides of the counter.

I sigh, "Look, I'm sorry. I'm just trying to be a good girlfriend by letting you grieve and being here for you as well." I say calmly.

"I never asked you too." He replies.

"You didn't have to." I reply. "Can you just let me try and help you—" he cuts me off.

"No, Kristen. I can't. I told you I'm fine, I don't need comforting. I don't need you watching over me 24/7 like a freakin' helicopter parent would." He snaps.

We begin arguing, "I'm trying to help you." I say.

"I don't need help!" He yells.

"Obviously, you do! You never act like this towards me! I know you're going through a tough time, I've been through the same thing and I'm trying to get you through it." I argue. He starts walking towards the fridge and pulls out a beer.

"Yeah yeah whatever." He cracks the beer open and downs a large gulp of it. "Can you quit watching me like that? Jeez."

"Like what?" I say, annoyance laced in my tone.

"Like I'm gonna swan dive out the friggin window and die." He says.

I roll my eyes, "This is stupid." I say before turning around and heading towards a different room.

"Don't walk away from me." He mocks in a high pitched tone. I turns nod give him a glare before continuing walking. Sure this argument is stupid, we literally are acting like children. I sit on the couch in the living room and turn on the TV. Dean walks over, plopping next to me.

"Kristen Kristen Kristen Kristen Kristen Kristen—" I cut Dean off.

     "Can you not?" I ask.

He chuckles like a kid, "Can you not." He mocks in the same high pitched voice.

     "Funny." He jokes.

     "Funny." I mock.

He furrows his eyebrows, "That's not very nice." He says. I look at him like, are you kidding me?
