The strange man

As she was walking through the last alley to get home, a man jumped from the fire escape. "Well well well, are you familiar." The voice sounded familiar. She pushed the man and bolted back, running down random alleys to lose him. She could hear his threatening voice booming behind her. "GET BACK HERE!!! I'M ONLY TRYING TO HELP!!!" She paused and turned around, one hand holding the food and the other holding one of the pistols. "Leave me alone! Or I'll shoot!" She pointed it at him. He yelled "It's probably not even loaded!" She shot in the air. "IM WARNING YOU!!!!" He looked at her in horror, and bolted away. She took off home, running, not even looking back. Once Jackline got into the apartment, she locked the door and fell to the floor, white as a ghost. Jeff walked in to see who walked in, he saw the packaged food sitting on the floor, and Jackline leaning against the door, panting and pale from the running and fear. He walked over and sat on the floor "what happened? You look like you met Sadako......" he jokingly added "why have you been watching strange tapes!" Laughing a bit after his joke. She didn't laugh, she just fell over. Laying on the ground, to terrified to speak. Jeff didn't know what to do or how to get her to speak, so he got her some water so he could at least get her to stop panting and sweating. He knew she ran from something, he just didn't know what. Jeffry was determined to find out, but he decided to find out in a soothing manner instead of a loud concerned vicious manner. He didn't want to cause her to be more afraid, then she would never talk. She sat up and took the cup and drank the water, placing the cup on the ground. She handed over the bag of food "here......I got it...." Jeff took the package and placed it on the floor next to him "what happened?" She didn't answer. He grabbed the guns out of her pockets and checked the bullets. "You clearly shot one of the blanks..... this was full when I handed it to you........" She stayed silent for a bit then curled into a ball, she told him everything.
