"Where do the Arochi reside?" Mottull demanded.

"They reside on the other side of a massive valley, not far from here." Ila answered.

The Gutes had persuaded them to stay another day, and they knew that defying a grieving man would not be pleasant.

Tóra and her mother were socializing with the Gutes women.

"Dóttir mín, pu elskar hann?"

"Hvad?"

"Jordanes, pu elskar hann?"

"Hvad gaf pér pá hugmynd?"

"Ég hef séd hvernig hann lítur á pig. Og hvernig pú horfir á hann."

Tóra felt herself blush.

"Ég geri, Mama." Tears fell from her eyes, her mother embraced her. A little child stared at her.

"Are you alright?" the child asked.

Briseida brushed her hair.

"It is love child. That is all."

"Tóra, walk with me?" Jordanes asked as the sun began to vanish.

"Yes."
