Matthew's P.O.V.
By the time Skyler is done talking and everything, I have finished my sandwich and my juice. I turn and look at Gavin. Even when he's shy he is perfect. There isn't a single thing about him that I don't like... love... I love this guy... I love everything about him. His weirdness, his shyness, and when he's upset he does this thing, he gets really cuddly, and in that moment it feels like time stops.. and the only thing that matters is Gavin. I just want to pull him close, to hold him in my arms.
I just... I want to make him happy... No... I need to make him happy. He deserves the world and so much more, however, I am unable to give him the world, so I will try my best to do everything I can so it feels like he has the world. We're not even dating and I feel like I have the world just knowing that I can make him smile... to make him laugh. I have a giant ass grin on my face and I only realize because Gavin now has a giant ass grin on his face. I've never seen him smile this much before, but I like it. It's.. calming... Getting to see him smile makes me relax a bit, there's just something about his smile that is so soothing.
"Hey uhh... do you want to go watch a movie or something?" I say awkwardly. Gavin smiled softly, "a movie would be nice" he paused, "especially sitting beside you" Gavin's face went bright red as his smile got bigger and he tried to hide his face. I stand up and hold my hand out to him, hoping he would take it. "Do you like scary movies?" I ask as he nervously takes my hand. "Yes, I love them..." he says with a small smile.
