Watching her from the corner of my eye as she looked over the many books, every single one of the council members watching her closely as if she was about to attack, which I didn't doubt. She was so pale, and her eyes, oh her eyes were the strangest things I have seen in my entire life. One was a vibrant purple that I swear I saw clock hands and even numbers in, while the other was just a mix of all kinds of colors, yet red held strong, it looked so much like... An abyss. A black hole.

Her pitch black, pin straight, hair smooth and silky as it ran down her back, nearly brushing her hips. It was crazy long and actually looked as if it was pulling the color around her into the void that was her hair color. My eyes hit the table as I felt her gaze shift to me a second later. I couldn't help it as I glanced up nervously, just wanting to see if her eyes really were what I thought.

Her eyes somehow held a sharp but large shape, her long dark lashes shielding those strange eyes. Yep. A clock and a black hole. Looking back down at the table as her face flashed in my mind I chewed on my lip. She looked so mature. She couldn't be much older than me but she just gave off this aura of maturity and- blushing wildly at the thought I wished I could just dig a hole somewhere and die in it.

Glancing at her again I found she was staring at my dragon, looking at her bold outfit I felt jealousy gnawing at the back of my mind. She had the perfect body. She was covered head to toe but she wore tight clothes that would make even a harlot blush. Her corset was worn on the outside, her chest swelling only to dive into her small waist before fanning out for her wide hips, and had strange hooks holding it closed in the front, unlike any corset I had seen before, some unusually clingy cloth was under it hugging her like a second skin and hooking over her thumb while climbing her neck oddly all the while hiding under what looked to be a collar

Some sort of metal mask with large strange circles on the side hung from her neck. An odd pair of spectacles forcing her hair back while clinging to her head unlikely any other pair, they both had spikes on them, which seemed dangerous. She had so many pockets and pouches not to mention all of the vials all over her. She has an entire belt that was just full of vials, not even an inch away from each other, and it wrapped around her hips twice, not even straight, but a lazy zigzag.

Between that, there was a belt with numerous pouches on it, and that strange second skin cloth on her arms, she wore thick bracelets that swallowed her entire wrists and half her forearms. More vials wrapped around the joint of her wrist but otherwise, the large bracelets appeared to be leather. Her trousers were confusing, they were tight but loose, they clearly hugged her but at the same time, you could see the extra folds of the fabric not to mention just how many pockets she had.

Then those bags, she had bags on her hips, they appeared to be hooked onto the belt with many pouches but there were straps on her thighs suggesting that was how they were held. She had more of those vials on just under the bag straps. Her boots, oh her boots, they were the most unusual things I've ever seen. They seemed to be of leather and cloth and they had ribbons in them. And pockets. They each had a pocket on the side and I couldn't help but wonder why she had so many pockets and vials but I worried what the answer would be.

Turning she hummed while I looked at the back of her corset. It was still had the proper lacing. She was so weird. She didn't care that many were staring at her nor that a lot of the other students had wandering eyes, she didn't try to disguise her thick thighs or conceal her curves. She didn't try to hide anything. She was as if she didn't care that she had no armor or what others thought of her.

And I know she's bad but I couldn't help but admire her.

Jumping in fright as suddenly a large book was dropped in front of me I looked at it with wide eyes as it was so very thick. She just tossed it open and easily found the page she seemed to be looking for. I couldn't read it. It was a language I didn't even know existed. I hadn't so much as seen a glimpse of the writing in my entire life. And that's saying something with how much I read.

She realized a very irritated sigh as she got up and flopped down next to me. My entire body stilling at how close she was. She ignored me and pulled the book between the two of us carelessly. "If I was going to kill you, you'd already be dead," She hummed while reading as if she did not just say what she had.

She sighed again before looking at me annoyed, "Look, kid, I'm here because they made a deal, if it makes you feel better, I know why your standing is what it is," My full and utter attention was on her at that moment. She knew why I was the way I was? Really? "It's not like no one else alive doesn't have it," She mumbled as not only my ears were piqued by that.

"What? She's not the only one?" The healing elite asked with wide eyes as she glanced at her.

"That you know of? Definitely. Mainly because you don't have the decency to ask me," She pouted teasingly at them before grinning, "It's actually common among duel wielders," She waved us off as she continued to read as we all processed that. It's common with duel wielders...

"Am I duel wielder?!" I all but shrieked. That could make me worth something! It can balance out my glass magic!

"Stars no," She snorted and I felt my face fall. Oh... "You don't fall into that category, you're more of an..." Pushing the book in front of me again it showed a picture of a man standing next to a living fire lion. "Animans," She shrugged leaning into her hand once more.

"An-e-mous?" I tried but she rolled her eyes.

"Yeah sure." ... I don't think I said it right...

     "What does that mean?"

"Put simply? You can make living things, animate them if you will, though it's heavily restricted to your own magic," I can make living things? I don't know how to feel about this. Opening her palm with a look of pure boredom she created a fairy made purely out of fire.

"Unless you're me, then all magic is your magic,"

A/N

For those that don't read my other story, Time And Space, you're going to think of Vixen as an actual villain, as I've noticed, so, I encourage you to get to know her just the same as she is actually which the loveable character, if you wish to know her as others see her then that is alright; I will however still encourage getting to know her anyway.
