Beth walked into the kitchen were Kelly was just a few minutes after Kelly hung up on Matt
KELLY: Hey, you feel better?
BETH: Yeah! (smiling)
She went to the fridge and took out a bottle of water , then sat next to Kelly on the couch in the kitchen
BETH: In or out for dinner?
KELLY: Shall we just stay in?
Kelly's phone rang, he answered
KELLY: Hey Benny, what's up?
He spoke for a few minutes then hung up
KELLY: He's staying with Trish tonight
BETH: Who's Trish?
KELLY: An old girlfriend, a young old girlfriend!
BETH: Okay! (laughing)At least we'll be ourselves!
KELLY: Mmmm!
BETH: You know what we need?
KELLY: Oh yeah? (laughing)
BETH: Separate beds!
KELLY: No way, you'd soon sneak back to me!
BETH: Is that so?
He smiled at her
KELLY: Yeah, that's so!
He gave her a kiss
BETH: I'm gonna take a walk around the house and decided what I'm taking
KELLY: Now?
BETH: We might as well, come on
KELLY: Your closets going to be a nightmare
BETH: Not really, most of my clothes won't fit me soon anyway
KELLY: What about those bags and shoes?
BETH: Don't you worry about those!
The next few days were very stressful. Beth managed to get a removal firm at short notice. Between the two of them she and Kelly made a list of everything they were taking with them to the new place, the rest was either being sold or given away to family or friends. Most things were packed away, including Beth's prized bag and shoe collection. Kelly was also making progress in getting the fire truck up to scratch too for the proposal and the photo shoot, he would be doing the proposal the morning after his next shift
DATE: Sunday 26th November 2017
TIME: 8.15AM
PLACE: Ice palace
Kelly was just home from shift when Beth met him at the front door
BETH: You look tired
KELLY: We we're out most of the night
He looked drained
BETH: Are you alright?
He gave her a hug
KELLY: I need sleep babe
BETH: You go on up then, what time shall I wake you?
KELLY: Come lie with me
BETH: I'll go get my phone, you go on up
Kelly was already in bed when Beth walked up to their bedroom, she got in beside him and they put their arms around each other
