Beth had a few business meetings in the city, with Rich Wolf and Marc Packer regarding the new TAO nightclub and restaurant that was opening in September off next year, they had bought the old Castle Nightclub in Dearborn Street. The Rockwell Group who owned the TAO Club's already had premises in Las Vegas and New York. Afterwards she went to her hairdressers for a cut and blow dry and then a spray tan before heading home. She had a few text messages from Kelly throughout the day, but she chose to ignore them just to annoy him. He gave in and gave her a call.
TIME: 6.30PM
Beth was busy tidying up when he phoned her
BETH: What?
KELLY: That's not a nice way to answer your cell! You never replied to any of my texts
BETH: I've been busy
KELLY: Aren't you talking to me?
BETH: Nope
KELLY: I'll tell you where they are
BETH: I bought more
KELLY: I knew you would, there in the washing machine
"Firehouse 51.........
KELLY: Damn, I need to go, I love you?
BETH: I love you too
KELLY: Thank god for that!
Beth spent most of the night rearranging everything, then putting it back where it originally was. She was bored and was missing Kelly, so she took off to the Firehouse hoping he would be there. The Fire Truck's and ambulance were there so that was a good sign. She parked up the Porsche on the street out front
TIME: 10.00PM
She walked straight into the common room, Hermann saw her first
HERMANN: Look who it is! (smiling)
Kelly looked up from his newspaper, everyone said hello
KELLY: Hey! You didn't say you were coming over
Kelly stood up then they walked towards each other, he kissed her then sniffed her neck
KELLY: You stink!
BETH: Thanks! (laughing) It's fake tan, I need to leave it on all night
KELLY: I'm glad I don't have to sleep with you tonight! (smiling)
BETH: Shut up and kiss me!
Hermann laughed
KELLY: Let's go to my office
He closed and locked the door when they got to his office, then he pulled down the blinds
BETH: I only came to say goodnight
KELLY: You could have phoned me
BETH: How can I kiss you down the phone?
Kelly pulled Beth down onto of his bed and they started to kiss
BETH: I promise not to eat anymore Cheetos
KELLY: I don't care if you eat Cheetos, just not whole share packets, you need to watch your salt intake
