Chapter 1

Chapter 1:

Nothing really matters to me more than if I will ever find someone who really cares about me. I'm not the kind of girl who knows everything that is coming to me in life. Until I met Matthew, yes Matthew Espinosa is my boyfriend, it's pretty cool I guess, but I don't really think the fame affects anything. Yeah sure fans are always around but it's not that bad once you get use to it. Sometimes it's worse than other times.

I was going to visit him today. I drove over to his house and his mom let me in. His bedroom door was open so I decided I was going to scare him. I snuck in and he was on his computer, like always. I snuck up to him and kissed him on the cheek. He jumped a little then turned around and realized it was me.

"Hey Alyssa." He said kissing me back on the cheek. I stood behind him with my hands on his shoulders and my head rested on his.

"Whatcha doing?" I asked him.

"Twitter, Instagram, vine, youtube, the usual." He continued "So you want to hang out here or go get Starbucks or something?"

"Whatever you want to do." I said.

"Ok so I haven't gone outside for like the whole week so I'm going to take you somewhere." He said closing his computer.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked.

"You'll see. Trust me you'll love it." He said standing up and taking my hand.

He pulled me into the car and we jammed out to our favorite music. He parked at the nearest Starbucks and we got out. After we got our coffees he dragged me back into the car.

"Wait not so fast I'm coming." I said as he was pulling me into the car.

He told me to cover my eyes but I was still peeking a little.

"Cover them all the way." He said.

So I did. Once he finally told me I could look I couldn't believe where I was. We on a cliff and you could see over all the city. He also had a picnic set up already which I wondered how he did that so fast. This was the cliff where we met for the first time when we were 13. I already knew Taylor though because he was a close family friend. He introduced me to Matthew on this cliff. And this was where we had our first date.

"Soooo....What do you think?" He asked.

I was speechless. All of the memories me, Matthew, and Taylor had together flashed before my eyes.

"I-I-I love it." I managed to get out.

"Are you okay Alyssa?" He asked me.

"Y-Yeah I'm just so happy. I can't believe I'm here. I haven't been here in so long. Wow the memories we have here." I said trying to act normal."Yeah. It feels like just yesterday Taylor brought me here to meet you and we were all playing tag in the tall grass. That was the best day ever."

He sat on the picnic blanket and I snuggled up to him and rested my head on his shoulder as he wrapped his arm around me. He leaned in and kissed me. He stopped and started looking around.

"Is everything okay?" I asked him.
