You made it to the training field in just a matter of minutes. A frustrated sigh escaping your lips as you slowed your pace to a walking speed.

That could have been so embarrassing

I'm pretty sure I would've died if she said anymore

Three figures sat idly under a tree as you came into view of the open field. Judging by the size and shapes it was your students.

On time like always.  You smiled to yourself.

Unlike their Sensei that's for sure.

"Good morning Aliyah!" Sakura greeted as you plopped down next to Sasuke on the ground. He was leaned back against the tree with his arms behind his head. But turned slightly to smile at you when you sat.

"Good morning everyone! I see Kakashi Sensei is late as usual?" You asked, but sadly knew the answer to already.

They all nodded, this behavior not even phasing them anymore. But you couldn't help that it still unnerved you. Why bother setting a time when you'd always be late? And have the lamest excuses might I add.

"Yeah! He's always late! I don't see why we bother showing up on time. He's never here when he says he'd be." Naruto said, disdain clear in his voice as he swallowed a rice ball.

"For once I actually agree with the idiot." Sasuke murmured.

"Maybe you come to see a certain special someone." Sakura tried to coax out of him. Her eyes gazing at him lovingly almost as if he was the only one on this earth.

And I thought Asuma and Kurenai were bad. Jeez.

He turned his head to face her with a scowl. "Not anybody that I can think of." He deadpanned, his lips pressed into a thin line.

A painful expression covered her face at his words. "It's okay, Sakura. I come to see a special someone!"Naruto tried to cheer her up. But this only resulted with, yet again, another injury. By now you were surprised this kid hadn't gotten a concussion.

"Ew! Don't be disgusting Naruto!"

You watched them with a somewhat amused expression before standing up.

"Alright, enough children." You teased.

"Hey w-"

"Shh." You clamped your hand over Narutos mouth. Successfully silencing him.

"Now, we are going to go a head and start training for the day. Since Kakashi Sensei isn't here I will lead for the time being. Is that clear?" You stood confidently in front of them. But on the inside you couldn't help but be a bit nervous. Teaching was something you had done before but there was a bit more added pressure to this.

They all nodded, determined expressions on their faces.

"Alright. After we warm up we will do some sparing so I can see what you guys are good at."

About an hour had past when you all were done. Sakura seemed to be really good when it came to medical stuff and strategy. Her hand to hand needed some work but overall she was good.

Both Naruto and Sasuke seemed keen on fighting each other so you stepped in as her partner. As usual only using whatever weapons you had.

Naruto was pretty strong. He has lots of power and the ability to harness chakra from the nine tails inside of him. This indeed will come in handy. But he needs to work on patience and not letting people get into his head.

He dives in without thinking and it'll get him killed.

And Sasuke you had to say was a worthy opponent. He excelled in hand to hand combat, strategy, and seemed to be able to use his sharingan well. But he too was a bit of a hot head.
