We drove to Brynn's house with Kyle. Her parents weren't home so they wouldn't freak out if they saw me.

Once I pulled up at her driveway we got out of the car and both carried this Kyle guy upstairs.
"I have to clean your bruises." Brynn said to him. I look at her petite body going to her bathroom and then back to her room. How could anyone look so effortlesly good? I mean she's perfect. Even when she's frustrated or worried like now.

"No..I want to tell you guys this first." He said. Us? What do I have to do with this?

"A guy came to me, asking me to betray you. I had to get you to a place..a party. I lied to Naomi and Mia aswell. I don't know what he wanted to do with or to you but I refused and he send some boys to beat me up." He whispered. It made me angry just listening at this. I bet this was Desied's plan. I couldn't tell her about him, it will bring her in danger. And I couldn't risk her being in more danger then she already is.

I saw her trying to process things. "Why would people be after me?" She asks looking innocent. She was turly a work of art. But shit needs to be done right now.
"Carter." I mumble.
Her eyes shot open realising what was happening. "So they beat you because of me?" She whispered. I could see her eyes get glossy. It breaks my heart seeing her on the edge of crying. I don't know I ever had a problem seeing girls cry but with Brynn, everything's just so different.

Better.

"They must've known i'm the weakest." Kyle said to both of us. "You're not the weakest." Brynn said as she sat next to him on bed and gave him a hug. "Don't make your loverboy jelous." He joked. She smiled. "He isn't." She said. I wasn't. It was pretty obvious he was gay. I'm happy for my babygirl that she has a friendship like this. I'm happy to see her happy.
She deserves all the hapiness int the world.
And if Desied's trying to ruin that, he's a dead man.

But the moment got ruind by Kyle's phone. He took his phone out of his back pocket and frowned.
"It's an uknown caller."

"Put it on speaker." I said while I walked over to them. I saw brynn nevrous looking at his phone playing with her fingers while biting on her lip. I sat next to her on her bed and took her hands in mine. "It's going to be alright babygirl." I whispered in her ear. A soft smile showed on her lips.
She's fucking perfect.

"Who is this?" Kyle awnsered the phone. "You have one last chance to give us the girl. Meet us at the alley behind Monroe's tonight. If not,I will find your precious friend and kill her myself. Ofcourse after I killed you." I could feel him smirking from the other side of the phone. It's Desied. I reckongnize that voice out of thousand.
"He hung up." Kyle said looking at me. "I'm calling my boys." I said while Dialing Ryan's number.

"Yo, what's up?" I heard Ryan speak.
"Can you and the guys meet me right now? I'm at Brynn's house." I asked.
"What's wrong?" My blood started to boil, can't they just do one fucking thing? One fucking little thing and he's already whining. I just hung up.
They better be here soon or I will me mad asfuck.

"Jason do you know this person?" I hear Brynn's petite voice ask. Her voice sounds like an angel I can't get enough of it.
"Just wait,the boys will be here soon." I said.
She nodded. I saw she wanted to ask more but she knows I'll be hella mad if she did. I just didn't want her involved in this.
She already is you dumbass.
I know. And it was all my fault. But I'm going to protect her with my life.

She burried her head in the croock of my neck breathing out heavy. I rubbed her back with my left hand and with my right I played with her hair.

"I love you princess."
