Jasmin's POV

- Good Afternoon this your captain John Kent speaking. Just to let you know that we are now descending to Los Angels International Airport. The local temperature is an amazing 25 degrees Celsius, 77 degrees Fahrenheit. The local time is 07:55 PM PST(Pacific Standard Time). In my name and all of the crew members, we hope that you had a great flight and we hope that you have an amazing stay in the city of Angels. Good afternoon and thank you for flying with American Airlines.

- These west coast pilots. - my twin brother William mumbled.

- Just shut up William, it's been six hours of flight and I'm tired of earing you, and the man was very kind. - I told him.

He rolled his eyes and turned to the window. I put my earbuds again and grabbed my book picking up from where I left off.

After a few more minutes we were told to leave the plane because we've landed. We got the luggage picking space and waited for our bags.

Still, in the airport, William needed to go to the bathroom because he said and I quote: "It's an emergency". His emergency was his hair. ~

After fifteen minutes I yelled at him from the outside:

- William Alexander Louis Arkwright, get the hell out of there. God, I don't know which one of us is the girl.

- Jasmin, shut up ok? I want to look my best to LA and my hair was messy. - he said getting out of the bathroom carrying his several bags.

We went all the way across the airport to the parking lot where we had the driver that my dad hired to take us anywhere we wanted. He was waiting for us in a black BMW 7 series.

- Hello Miss Jasmin and Mister William, I'm your designated driver for your stay in Los Angels and my name is  Samuel. There's a large staff at the house at your disposal, from all of us we hope that you two have an amazing stay in Los Angels. - the driver said in a very British accent.

- Thank you, Samuel. Now please take us home, we're very tired. - William said.

- Of course Mister. I warn you the LA traffic is terrible this time of the day, we might be stuck in it for a while so if you want to sleep ill wake up when we get to our destination. - he said kindly.

- Thank you for the heads up and that would be very much appreciated. - I said to the man with a smile.

After a tragic hour spent in LA traffic, we finally got home. It was a huge mansion, manly made with glass. LA has a lot of sun for many hours a day, which means that we can use that to save artificial light and artificial heating with the use of solar panels. I was getting a degree in environmental protection and I was now doing a paper about the advantages and disadvantages of this kind of equipment.

The house was huge and had two floors big enough to be inhabited for a family of 20. As I entered the house there was a huge foyer where were all the staff was waiting for us.

They introduced themselves and showed us all house. After that, I went to my room and just left all the luggage there. I made an olympic jump to my bed and just slept for as much as I could because I know that I won't be able to do it for a long time. Jet lag is a bitch

My eyes were wide open so I decided to check my phone and the screen showed four o'clock in the fucking morning.

- Damn you, Jet lag. - I cursed under my breath putting my phone on the bedside table again.

Knowing that I wasn't going to sleep I got up and went to the bathroom to take a shower and do the rest of my morning routine. As an environmentalist to be, I made sure this house had a reduced carbon footprint and was self-sustainable, so I told my father to make sure of that. Every room that had a water tap, had a timer to control the water flux in order to reduce it.

You might be asking yourself where did my parents had the money to pay for this house and for us to have the kind of life that we do. I'm I, right? To answer your question my parents are very praised members of the British royals and they also belong to the US government, so take your conclusions from this.

After my morning routine, I went down to the kitchen to make myself something to eat. I found in the kitchen cabinets a granola bar and in the fridge one of my famous green juices. I ate that and went for a walk before the morning to-dos. That implied a trip to the university and all of that stuff.

I got out of the house and walked to the front gate opening it. The complex had several luxurious houses all as the same as "mine".

I walked along the sidewalk with my earbuds on. The view was beautiful and has you know LA is beautiful everytime of the day, but especially when the sun rises. I stopped for a bit and just enjoyed the view in front of me.

- It's beautiful, isn't it? - a male voice asked from beside me.

- It actually is. - I said looking to the guy beside me.
