William's POV

A few days later after all the crazy situation with Jack, my teachers decided to submerge me and my classmates with a lot of paperwork, which deadlines were so close that I needed to stay awake an entire night just to get it done. So, as I was extremely busy, only leaving my room to eat and not touching my phone at all, I couldn't get in touch with a lot of society, except my sister and the home's staff. And honestly, I completely forgot Jack's existence during this period. My sister was always suspiring about how much Gilinsky was a gentleman, and how much he was sweet, and, after a long time, I had started to pretend that I was, in fact, listening to her. The day when I handed my last paper, I took some time to go walk a little around my university building. Therefore, I arrived home a little bit late. When I entered home, Mathilda, who was leaving, came up to me:— Mister Arkw... — I scowled at her. — William, I'm sorry, your sister, Jasmine, is looking for you. I think she's in the playroom, but I'm not quite sure. — I simply nodded, acknowledging the information I was given. — If you allow me, I need to go. — You're dismissed. Have a good night. — she nodded smiling and then left. I never liked the way that people addressed to me. Being 'Mister Arkwright' was my father's job, not mine. I was just 'William', one of the heirs of a noble family, which is both a bless and a curse. It depends on my mood of the day. — Hey William! — said both Jasmine and Gilinsky when I entered the playroom. They were playing 'Overwatch' and the sounds were a little too loud, louder than what's healthy. So I reduced the volume. — This is a home, not a nerd's competition! — Jasmine rolled her eyes and dismissed me with a gesture of her wand, pointing the exit. The beautiful man with short blond hair was sat on my bed, arms crossed against his chest and a quite furious expression on his face. I dropped my backpack immediately due to the shook. — What are you doing here, Jack? — I asked confused. — So, you're alive! I thought that you had died and nobody knew. I was almost booking a ticket to visit your majestic grave. Thanks for answering all my calls and messages for the last 7 days! — he spat and I frowned at him. It was my turn to get mad and to cross my arms against my chest! He was being so stupid as if we had something!— Firstly, I was working hard to get my degree! I had a week full of papers to be submitted by today's afternoon. So, I WAS STUDYING! If you had looked carefully around my room before you even sit on my bed, you would have seen that I have books and papers all around the room! — I pointed at my desk, where a pile of books and papers had somehow managed to not fall apart. — Secondly, my majestic grave? YOU DON'T KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO BE WHO I AM! You don't know anything about the things that I needed to give up on to be here, in this country, far away from home, from the strict rules of being a nobleman. — by this time, his eyes were completely opened, I must say that he was afraid of me. — Thirdly, just leave, Mister Johnson! Just leave. — I pointed at the door, but he didn't move.I ignored him and went straight to the bathroom. I needed a shower to calm down after the argument.

20 minutes later...

— Are you still here? I thought I was clear when I told you that I wanted you out of my room! — I said politely, using my best noble's voice. I got no answer, though. — William, I-I-'m... — his voice cracked and I looked at him to see the tears dripping down his face. "Fuck!" I thought "I hurt him!". — I'm the one who should be apologizing! — he looked at me surprised — I overreacted, you were just worried and I was an asshole. I am really tired and I let that to take over me. I am really sorry. — I kneeled in front of him, using my hands to clean his beautiful face. — Forgive me, Jack, please. — I begged desperately. He just smiled, and what a beautiful smile it was and kissed my forehead. I felt the heat burning my face's skin. — You're forgiven! — and we hugged. I released my breath, that was frozen inside my lungs, and I smiled, hugging him after that. — Do you still want me to go? — he whispered in my hear and a jolt of electricity spread across my body. I gathered all the courage in the world and said:— Yes, I do. I want you to go to my bed and to lay down by my side. — this time was his time to blush, but he did it nonetheless. After a few seconds of comfortable silence, Jack looked at me with a huge smile. — We'll talk about this in the morning. For now, let's just go with the flow. — and I laced our legs, preventing him from moving.
