He extinguished the campfire, unaware of his notebook being kept in your hand. The world had seemed to be the end, or you more likely had slipped into the dark and deep tunnel of misery and sorrow, alone and out of reach from anyone's help or comfort, how much you regardlessly called for help, no one would be able to understand or hear the plead you were going through inside. You thought he was different, genuine and considerate. Giving him all of you, mind soul and body. Assumingly, it was a trap right into his hungry longed urge for seduction, that you infused within him, getting fooled by the sweet man's charm, act, and behavior. Anxiety crept upon you, making you go insecure on yourself for having allowed the bond between you two to knit together.

You squeezed the journal firmly in your hand, fending off the tears to expose itself, eyeing him, fix and fiddle the last remaining items from the camp and paced towards you with an expression converted into a concerned look when he remarked the reddish shiny orbs of yours.

" Hey, what's bothering you? "

You held the notebook in front of him, his gaze traveling down on it, taking it out of your hand and sighs loudly.

" Alright, has miss nosey peeked through this without my permission? "

You nodded innocently, eyes locked on him the whole time. A thin line emerged on his defined lips when he pressed them together, looking away, avoiding your current state.

" Why don't you fulfill the wish you wrote in the book, Arthur? " you asked with a shaky voice, while he stows the journal in the bigger-sized bag on the side of the saddle.

" It ain't easy ... " he answered quickly, fastening and pulling the leather strap through its buckle as you crossed your arms over your chest.

" You don't love me. You wanted to reach your desires as you stated in the notes, then leave me to gain your goddamn money as they promised you, now don't you? "

Pulling the last strap through the buckle sturdy and eyebrows became one when he furrowed them together, from there you could sense him being slightly annoyed about the ongoing argument, but you continued.

" Don't you Arthur? answer me! "

His head sank down, shaking it in disapproval. Until now, you've strained with all your effort to keep away your tears but could no longer avert as they crashed through behind your eye membranes, flooding from your water line and down your cheeks.

" You don't understand ... " trying to maintain his composure over the progressive, blazing temper and you noticed the solemn in his behavior, but that didn't prevent you to confess your aversion.

" Understand what, Arthur?! That I've been your one night stand?! " You scoffed mockingly and angrily waved your hands in the air, opposing him, " do you think my life is easy?! Do you think that I like to assist with the bath for the dirty moldy scumbags nasty shits?! I've been treated like a dog by filthy bastards to men for some goddamn cash to survive over the day! Do you think it's preferable the job I'm doing?! Look into my eyes if you dare and tell me that you do not agree! " You roar from deep down your lungs, cheeks heating up in frustration due to the boiling rage, striking all over you, " I wasn't expecting this, maybe you're having the same aspects like the dumb perverts I see daily! "

" Now calm down, ay! You don't know anything about me, lady. "

" I sure do! " Gripping and pulling his shirt collar and repeatedly, " I shouldn't have made love to you! " Crying out in tears. He rapidly grabbed your wrists and pushed them against your chest who shockingly got you to stop immediately.
