Mr. Wilson hesitated for a while before knocking on the door. What could happened again that Mr. Blackwood would send for him.

"Get in" came a harsh reply.

He sighed. The young man will never change. Rude as always. He stepped inside the office and was met with Mr. Blackwood sitting behind the desk carrying an angry expression as always. His eyes travelled to the far end of the room where Mr. King was seated on one of the sofas.

He greeted, " Good morning, Sir"

Mr. Blackwood just nodded and started picking up some papers on his desk. Mr. Wilson drew nearer to his desk and took his seat. Just then Mr. Blackwood's head snapped towards his direction with a scowl on his face.

"I don't remember asking you to sit down" he growled and Mr. Wilson hurriedly stood up.

Wow. How rude. He thought. He heard Mr. King laugh from the corner of the room and later felt someone pat his back. It was Mr. King, he smiled and he smiled back.
"Come on bro, I'm sure the old man is tired" he laughed.

Mr. Blackwood didn't say anything but just kept his eyes fixed on the papers before him. At times he used to wonder how these two got along. His boss still didn't trust him. However he didn't blame him it's due to certain circumstances that he behaved the way he did.

He shivered when he remembered those events. Poor boy, he used to work for parents until one day they both were reported dead. No one knows what happened to them till this day. He swore to Zander's grandfather to keep it a secret from everyone and at the appropriate time they both informed Mr. Blackwood about the conspiracy. It was a nasty-

"The girl," Mr. Blackwood invaded his thoughts. "I want you to go personal this time" he said.

Mr. Wilson nodded.

Wait..... which girl?

Oh yes, that girl, what was her name again?... Emma, he thought.
Personal? Why personal this time? "May I ask why?" He questioned.

Mr. Blackwood glared at him. He knew how much he hated being questioned but he still couldn't hide the truth from him.
Mr. King spoke. "Mason is up to something"

His eyes widened. Mason? He mentally frowned. What was he up to? And why did that involve the girl? "What does Emma have to do with this?" He asked.

"That's why I want you to go more deeper this time. Don't come back until you have every detail about her. Who her parents were, where she lived before, her last name every damn thing!" Zander snapped.

He nodded. "Okay"

"Calm down" Mr. King told Mr. Blackwood.

Mr. Wilson smiled. Mr. King was a nice guy, now he understood why they were so close. The same fate met them. Mr. King's parents were also brutally murdered just like Mr. Blackwood's, maybe that's why they were so close to the extent that they called themselves brothers.

"You may go now" Mr. Blackwood dismissed him and we walked out.

He had to start the research now so he could finish up in time before Mason did something again.
