The day came that the girls were going to get their boys back. Eun-kyung's father seemed a little on edge though. He was pacing the floor of the dining room. Ji-ah and Eun-kyung watched him with fascination.
"What's wrong, Daddy," Eun-kyung's voice was sickly sweet. She picked at her breakfast of yogurt, granola, and fruit as she watched the middle aged man, "You seem stressed."
"It's nothing you should worry about, dear," He smiled at his daughter, "Some men that worked for me just quit this morning is all."
Eun-kyung looked down at her breakfast with a smirk before spooning her breakfast in her mouth. Ji-ah watched her younger friend with a slightly concerned face. She had never seen Eun-kyung like this before. She was quite scary like this. Ruthless and cold. Hopefully it'd be different after it was over. Ji-ah was aware that Eun-kyung killed at least twelve men last night, plus the three in the basement.
Eun-kyung's father, Jiyong, slammed the door behind him. Two of his men standing in front of his desk. Fifteen of his men turned up dead this morning. Three of them down in the basement. How the fuck did he not hear the shots being fired?
"We still have no leads, sir," One of the men spoke. Joying didn't bother to look at him, "No one saw anything. Or if they did, they didn't live to tell."
"It has to be Bangtan..." the other suggested, "Who else would target where you live which is coincidentally where the seven bosses are being held?"
Jiyong clenched his jaw and turned in his chair to stare out the window. His daughter and her friend were walking through the garden. Eun-kyung pointing out the different flowers, she picked one and slid it into her friends hair. They seem close, he thought, so she probably cares about more than just one of the boys....
Soo-ah and the rest of the girls stood in the living room, briefing several low-ranking yet skilled members of Bangtan on the layout of the manor.
"We need several people to ready with get away vehicles," Haewon said pointing to a back alley, "Ji-ah says there aren't many guards, but because of Eun-kyung's rage fit last night, there may be higher skilled guards and they may even have higher numbers. We need to be out of there quick, before they even know what hit them."
"Blair, Holly, Luke, and Alex," Soo-ah places an X in the front courtyard. You will be here, you'll cover us. Only shoot if something goes wrong. We're trying to get in without any bloodshed."
"Madison, Taylor, Dakota, and Megan," Sun-mi placed a different colored X in the back, "You'll cover us going through the back. Ji-ah will let Soo-ah and Hae-won in through the front dooor, and we'll break in through the back door. Make sure you have suppressors, we don't want to bring attention to us."
The members nodded as they took in all the information being thrown their way.
The boys sat in their cell, waiting patiently for their fiancées. Hoseok picked at the dirt that had accumulated under his nails. Jimin brushed back his hair which was caked with sweat, blood and dirt. Yoongi nursed his broken hand against his chest, yearning for a doctor. Namjoon stared at the ceiling wondering where Ji-ah was and what the plan was. Jin rested his head against the wall and closed his eyes, hoping to get a bit of sleep before the action tonight. Jungkook, like Hobi, was picking the dirt from his nails. And Taehyung was a bit fidgety. He was pacing and playing with the hem of his shirt.
"Hyung," Jungkook spoke looking up from his hand, "Can you please sit down? You're making me nervous."
"Well, I already am nervous," Taehyung yelled, "the Dragons have been around forever, their forces are the best of the best and, I hate to break it to you but, our fiancées aren't exactly professionals!"
The others watched their erratic friend. They shook their heads and continued with what they were doing.
Ji-ah held Eun-kyung's hair back as she threw up what she had for breakfast and lunch.
"Kyung-ah," She whispered rubbing her back, "Maybe you don't need to do this."
The younger stood and brushed her teeth. She shook her head. She leaned back against the countertop.
"I'm fine. Just a nervous stomach." The younger assured, though she wasn't entirely sure. She thought she started her period yesterday, but she wasn't on it today. Her breasts hurt even though they had no reason to, putting a bra on in the morning hurt, laying on her stomach hurt and she had been getting the most intense headaches she had ever had.
The older walked out of the bathroom and the younger looked at herself in the mirror. She stared at her stomach. Was it possible that she hadn't been lying when she said she was pregnant? She placed her hand on her stomach and prayed to a God she didn't believe in that she wasn't pregnant.
Eun-kyung dragged her feet to her bedroom where she dropped onto the bed and fell into a fitful slumber.
"Yoongi!" Eun-kyung called out, "Yoongi where are you?!"
The girl waddled down the hall, her stomach stretched to what seemed like the max. She looked around the basement labyrinth. No one was present except her, but she felt eyes on her. She picked up the pace. Shuffling down the hall a bit faster now. She reached the end of the hall, a door in front of her. When she opened it, she saw all of her friends and Yoongi tied up and gaged. They were on their knees. Men stood behind them ready to fire the weapons in their hands.
"Awww," Jiyong stepped out of the shadows, "My poor, sweet, little girl is about to lose everything because she couldn't control her need to avenge her fiancé. Because she couldn't control the primal part of her brain."
Eun-kyung tightened her jaw as her father brushed her hair from her shoulders. Shots rang out and blood splattered on the walls and her. She screamed and as she attempted to rush forward her father held her back as one of his men came by and gave her a swift kick to the stomach.
Eun-kyung sat upright in her bed. She looked around her room, breathing heavily. A moment later, Ji-ah burst through the door.
"Eun-kyung," The older sat down on the bed beside her, "What happened?"
It was only when Ji-ah touched her cheek, Eun-kyung realized that she was crying.
