I walked into the house closing the door behind me  I heard footsteps running down the hall then Kai appeared.

"Hey mommy."

"Hey baby girl."

Kai ran over to me I bent down and hugged her.

"Where's daddy?"

"Kitchen."

"Oh okay you've been a good girl for daddy."

"Yes."

"Is your playroom clean?"

Kai looked up at me with a smile on her face.

"No."

"Kai go clean up the mess you made."

"Okay."

Kai took off running towards her playroom I shook my head and walked into the kitchen seeing Dave shirtless at the stove.

"Mhmm look at this fine handsome man standing at the counter."

Dave looked back at me and smiled.

"Hey baby."

"Hey."

"You look beautiful."

"Thank you baby."

"You're welcome."

"Gaven did my hair."

"He did a good job."

"Yeah he did he say that blondes have more fun."

Dave walked away from the stove
and walked over to me he wrapped his arms around my waist and pecked my lips.

"You trying to get fucked tonight?"

"Are you going to fuck me tonight?"

"I am once Kai is sleep me and you are going to have some us time."

"Okay."

"We haven't had time to ourselves in a few days so this will be good."

"We always have time to ourselves we just haven't had sex in a few days."

"You right about that."

"Mhmm what you in here cooking?"

"Catfish strips and fries."

"Why not grits?"

"I don't want grits tonight mama I want fries," I looked down seeing Kai.

"Okay."

"Can we get a dog mama?"

"You gotta ask your daddy can we get a dog?"

"Dada can we get a dog?"

"I'll think about it."

Not satisfied with Dave answer Kai pouted, folded her arms and walked out of the kitchen I chuckled and looked at Dave.

"You should've known she wasn't going to like your answer."

"She'll live."

I looked at Dave as he took up the catfish strips.

"You got her a dog already don't you?"

"No I don't."

"You can't lie to me Dave."

He sighed and glanced back at me.

"Alright fine yes I got her a dog."

"Oou where is he?"
