I wake up in bed alone. I hear some music in downstairs of our apartment. I stretch and sit up looking around. I throw the covers off me and get up. Walking down the stairs I get a wiff of something that smells really good. I turn the corner to see tal setting down, what looked like pancakes and eggs. "Aw what's this babe?" I asked. "Breakfast for my beautiful girlfriend" He says coming over and giving me a peck on the lips. "You didn't have to do this baby" He laughs. "It's your birthday babygirl you deserve this. And I wasnt done yet but since your up" He goes into the other room and brings out some flowers and chocolates" I frown with a smile. "Aw thank you"
I smell the beautiful flowers to see a card in them. I take it out and look at tal, who is cleaning up his mess from breakfast" I start reading it and instantly smile.
"To my beautiful girlfriend, I hope today is a wonderful day for you baby I love you happy birthday ❤🌹"
After eating breakfast I go up to our room and pick out an outfit for the day. I put on something comfortable since it is my birthday.

Tal comes in and stars getting into something to. "Are you ready to go?" He asks. "Where are we going?" I say. "It's a surprise" He said with a laugh. I give him a look and he gave me a little smile.
We get into town and tal pulls up to Dutch Bros. "What would you like?" I think for a second. "I wanna (drink)" He nods and tells the woman the order. "For free for the birthday girl" I hear her say. "What? No I'm ok I don't need to be spoiled. I'm not like that" She gives me a look and hands my drink into the car. "Happy birthday" She says with a smile. I smile back and take my drink out of tals hand as he hands it to me.
"Would you like to go shopping babe?" I hear tal ask. "Tal you don't need to spend money on me, and I have a lot of stuff so we could go back home?" He nods with a little smile. I look down at my phone and look through all the messages of my friends saying happy birthday to me. But one stood out.
"Hey it's Derek. Um I'm sorry for everything I did to you and I hope you expect my apology, I've changed. I know everything I did was wrong but I realized that and I needed to tell you. But happy birthday I hope you have a wonderful day. Hope you and tals relationship is good, sorry again for e everything, have a good day"
Damn I didn't know that boy could change, I thought. I sighed and said thank you to him the closed my phone. I set it on my lap and see tal put his hand on mine. "A lot of birthday wishes?" He asked giving me a quick glance then locking his eyes back onto the road. "Uh yeah.. A lot"I say with a little giggle.
We get home and I get out of the car. I close the door and start walking up to our apartment door. I grab my key and put into the keyhole to unlock the door. Once it's unlocked I open the door and turn the light on.
"SURPRISE!!!" People shout. I look around dumbfounded. "I smiled and turn around and looked at tal. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAYLA" Adi says giving me a big hug. I hug him back and give him a smile.
Later..
I sat at the table taking a drink of my soda. "Drinks anyone?!?" Jojo shouts. "Omg your finally 21 you can have ur first shot" Adi says. Me and him have been hangout at the table for awhile. Jojo pours me a shot and sets it in front of me. "Are you sure about this?" I asked. "Just drink it" Adi says. I sigh and take the shot. I shake my head and cough. "That's grody" I said. Everyone laughs and gets back to talking and hang out .
A while..
I look over to see tal beside me "Having fun?" He says. "Having a headache"I said putting my fingers on my temple. He chuckles and leans against the counter top. I go over and sit on the couch and tal follows. He sits next to me and I put my head on his shoulder and he puts his head on mine.
After a while the party ended everyone was tired and drunk. Jojo and Nick had to stay at our place they where so fucked up. They slept on the couches. I got into some sweats and a t-shirt and got into bed the same as tal. He wrapped his arms around my waist. "Goodnight babygirl, happy birthday" He whispered in my ear. I turned giving him a kiss on the lips before falling asleep.

Hey guys so the story did end and stuff but like y'all might have wanted an update of like how there doing so I might start updating this story more because it's my top story it has so many reads and I thank you all for that.
