I rub my eyes, and put my head on the workbench table. 2 days of nonstop working, and my project is finished. A miniscule microchip, that can acts as a walkie-talkie, iPod, diary, radio, satellite, and a holographic projector. I'm pretty proud of it, but as I run my nimble fingers through my curly brownish black hair, I feel the effects start to kick in. I have heavy bags under my eyes, and I can literally feel the waves of exhaustion rolling off of me. Not to mention my empty stomach. Though, I hadn't been eating even before I started my project.

I get up and decide to take a shower, because though I may not much pay attention to myself, the others would notice if I haven't been showering. I leave the workroom and head into my cabin. The Hephaestus kids can easily work our way through it, but the other campers, well, they have a bit more trouble.

I get to the bathroom without being noticed, and lock the door. I hesitate to take off my shirt, and decide to get the water running first. After I get the water to the right temperature, I take off my shirt. My skin is a landscape of cuts, bruises, and wounds. Some monsters did to me, some mortals did to me, some other demigods did to me, and many are self-inflicted. I hate seeing myself shirtless, because I feel so disgusted. You can see my ribs barely contained by my skin, and the sickly color adds to the effect. I shudder, and finish taking off my clothes. After my long shower, I dry off, and put on some new clothes. I picked my clothes out beforehand. Jeans and a skin tight long sleeve black t-shirt. After getting dressed, I choose to go to breakfast. Usually I try to spend as much time as possible alone, but I have to make appearances occasionally.

Before I leave the bathroom, I look in the mirror, and practice smiling and looking happy. I walk out of my cabin with a huge grin. If only they knew how fake it was...
