Another day on set for season 3 of Stranger things. Y/N was tired to say the least.

She hasn't had sleep for these past two weeks, maybe she's had 8 hours all together for those two weeks.

She didn't really know why, ever since her and Joe have left to go start filming season 3 and they haven't slept in the same bed she hasn't been able to sleep without him. Like he was a comfort of some sort.

Joe had asked Y/N to be his girlfriend about a month ago, no one else in the world knew, mainly because they were too busy to be bombarded with questions about their relationship from the cast and press.

"Hey Y/N." Joe smiles bringing a cup of coffee your way.

Y/N looked up from rubbing her eyes and she smiled tiredly at Joe. "Hi." She said softly, accepting the coffee from him and takes a sip from the hot liquid. It burned her tongue but she could've cared less.

"You look tired." Joe informed sitting next to Y/N on the floor.

"I am." She sighed holding the cup of coffee with two hands to warm her hands up.

Joe looked around to make sure no one was around and he stole a quick kiss on her lips, "Joe!" She exclaimed quietly.

"What? No ones around!" He laughed softly, tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear, "Now, why can't you sleep?" He asked concerned for his girlfriend's health.

Y/N looked down, she didn't want to say that she missed him beside her. She didn't want to weird him out. "I don't know honestly." She lies with a sigh. She was an actress she was good at this.

Joe sighed softly and shrugged it off before they both sat in comfortable silence and finishing their coffee.

"Okay Y/N, Joe. Sophia and Steve are gonna be cuddling and talking about how Will is acting different, and Sophia is getting worried because she used to babysit him when he was little and they've grown really close." The director Shawn explained, sitting back on his chair and watching the monitors to make sure everything was right.

Joe laid back on the bed and held his arms out wide and open for Y/N. She laughed and rolled her eyes, getting on the bed next to Joe and getting in place, having her head on his chest while he had his arms around her. "Do you think they'll know sooner or later?" Joe mumbled quietly so only Y/N can hear. He was so anxious to get the news out. He just wanted to be able to freely kiss her or hold her without people asking questions. But Y/N just wasn't ready and he of course respected that.

"Just don't make it obvious Keery." She scolded quietly pointing a finger at him, making Joe break out into a smile. She shuffled a bit brining her hand up to Joe's chest beside her head, while Joe ran his fingers through her soft hair. This was the first time Y/N has laid down with Joe in weeks and wow did it feel good. She missed his soothing warmth so much she can already feel herself start to drift off but she made sure to stay awake.

"Okay...and...action!" Shawn yelled the whole set getting quiet and a bell ringing indicating that the cameras were rolling. Joe cleared his throat and began with his lines.

"What's on your mind Soph?"

"It's Will, he just doesn't seem right, usually today would be the day I'd pick him up from school but he told me to go away that he'd be walking home. But he sounded cold, and mean."

"I'm sure he was just having a bad day."

"He never has....bad..da-"

Y/N fell asleep.

"Oh shit she's asleep." Joe whispered, Shawn cutting the cameras. "She's what?" Shawn asked walking over only to see Y/N fast asleep, her face nuzzled into Joe's neck.

"Why do they look so cute though?" Millie asked from behind the camera watching the whole thing unfold before her eyes, before she gasped.

"Wait a minute!" She whisper yelled walking beside the bed where Joe looked up at her confused. "Y/N has told me she hasn't been able to sleep because she misses her boyfriend, we don't know who he is, but she's fast asleep and she's with you.." Millie said obviously bring the pieces together. Joe's eyes widened "what?" He said acting stupid. "You and Y/N are dating!" Millie exclaimed waking Y/N up and grabbing the attention of the whole crew.

"Oh shit what happened?" Y/N asked sitting up from Joe's chest looking around to see all eyes on her. "You're dating Joe aren't you. Because you were able to sleep perfectly fine with him." Millie informed, Y/N quietly cursing herself before sighing. "I don't- um- we're not-" Joe said before being cut off by Y/N "Yes we're together."

Gasps were heard, Joe's eyes widened and he looked at her. "Really?" Millie asked slightly joking on what she said earlier. "Yup." Y/N said grabbing ahold of Joe's hand. Everyone then turned to Joe, "Well are you?" Shawn asked curiously. "I mean- yeah." Joe said a small laugh leaving his girlfriends lips. "Yes!" Millie exclaimed, "Finn! Gaten! Caleb! Noah! Sadie! We were right Y/N and Joe are together!" Millie yelled, Joe laughing at her. "Wait you guys knew?" Y/N asked, Millie shaking her head "No, but we had a clue you two were." She said as the other kids came running. "You guys are really dating?!" Sadie asked, Joe nodding proudly wrapping his arm around Y/N who laughed and nudged his softly on the side.

"We are but I'm gonna need to take a break and sleep. Joe can we go take a nap?" Y/N asked softly standing up and holding her hand out for Joe. "Yeah we can." He said holding her hand and standing up. "Okay you have an hour." Shawn said, the couple nodding before making their way to the trailer, where Y/N plopped down onto her couch, holding her arms open for Joe.

Joe laughed and laid down next to her, "I wanna be big spoon." Y/N announced, wrapping her arm around Joe's waist and nuzzling her head into the crook of his neck. Joe placed his hand over Y/N's and soothingly rubbed it before they were both left fast asleep.
