(Draco's P.O.V)
Since Harry can't come to Hogsmeads he gave me and Ron money so we can get Hermione a birthday Present we decided to get her a cat since she always wanted one.

"Im going to look in the book store meet me here" Hermione says walking in the book shop as Me and Ron run to the pet shop and Buy Hermione a ginger cat "Now she can see me every day in this cat" Ron says laughing "we just need to hide it from her..." I say thinking as I feel a tap on my shoulder I turn around to see Harry pulling his cloak of Invisibility off "I'll run back to the castle with it I just knew this would happen" Harry says taking the cat and walking back to the castle.

"sorry you couldn't come Harry" Hermione says as we walk into the common room taking of our Coats "It's fine" Harry says "what's wrong Harry" Ron says "I'm just thinking about Sirius Black" Harry says.

We waited for Hermione in the common room to come down the stairs from her dorm "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" We all say as Hermione enters the common room "Thanks Guys" Hermione says smiling "Okay Open this one first" Fred says Handing her a box Full of Books about Spells "Thanks Fred and George I love them" Hermione says "Okay now Be careful" I say putting a box on her lap, Hermione opens the box and Gasps tears falling down her cheeks as she picks up the cat hugging it "OH MY GOD IS THIS REAL" Hermione says "Yes we saved up and got you a cat" Harry says as Hermione puts the cat down and Hugs me then Harry then Ron "THANK YOU GUYS" Hermione says "well what's his name" George says "Hmmm I think Crookshanks" Hermione says picking up Crookshanks and Hugging him.

(Draco's P.O.V)
Hermione Granger just walked out of class, Harry Ron and I look at each other in shock "Mental Hermiones gone not that she's always been mental" Ron says "She was angry" I say "Must be her Period" Ron says as we laugh and enter the common room to see Hermione on the sofa reading a book with Crookshanks next to her "What was that about" Harry says "I was angry" Hermione's says "Told you it's because she's on her Period" Ron says "for your information I am not on my period I'm mad because Professor Trelaemey said rude stuff about me end of story" Hermione says closing her book and walking to her dorm.

(Draco's P.O.V)
I was walking in the corridors when I see Zabini waving at me to come over to him "Malfoy listen Your Father is really disappointed but your mother really misses you...your father told me to tell you that you have to hurt Granger or he will hurt you..." Zabini says "What do you mean" I say confused "Your father is mad about you leaving in the summer so he told me to tell you that you have to hurt Granger or he will hurt you..." Zabini says "Whatever" I say walking away.

I walk into the Great Hall and Sit down next to Hermione Ron and Harry as mail comes in and a letter drops in front of me reading 'Draco, please understand I don't want your father hurting you so please do what you can do not get hurt I know you love Granger but please for me love Mother' "Draco what's wrong" Hermione says "N-Nothing" I say shaking "Draco what's going on" Ron says trying to take the letter from my hands but I flinched and looked over at Zabini as he nods at me I nod back "Now if you would excuse me I don't want to hang with MudBloods" I say Regretting it as I stand up but I see Harry away to jump at me but Ron holds him back as Hermione sits still shocked "D-Draco what's wrong with you" Hermione says "Nothing and don't call me Draco it's Malfoy to you" I say walking over to Zabini, I look back at Hermione as she grabs her stuff and runs out the great Hall crying.

I walk into the common room to Harry and Ron sitting alone at a table playing Wizard Chest I tried to walk past not getting caught but "Malfoy" Ron says "What weasel" I say as Ron Gasps "Don't call me that I don't know what the hell happened to you but you made Hermione upset" Ron says "I don't care she can cry all she wants for all I care" I was about the walk away when "She loves you..." Harry says as I turn around "What" I say "She had a crush on you since the start of second year but you blew it she's in her room crying" Harry says not looking up from the chess board "like I said I don't care" I say walking to my dorm and falling asleep.

(Draco's P.O.V)
As we in the forest with Hagrid for Care of Magical Creatures I look over at Hermione her hair is up in a Ponytail and she has that Hourglass Necklace around her Neck again I try to not think about yesterday but I can't and when Harry ride Buckbeak I got jealous of how Hermione smiled and was so happy "Yeah hes not dangerous at all are you" I say walking over to Buckbeak smirking as I hear Hermione "Draco stop" I turn at Hermione and give her a stare when I feel a claw scratch my arm as I fall to the ground in pain "Hagrid he must've taken to the hospital" Hermione says running over to me then everything went black.

I wake up in the hospital wing with Zabini in a chair beside my bed my arm covered with a bandage "Are you alright" I look over at the entrance of the Hospital wing to see Hermione looking at me concerned with Harry and Ron on her sides "Why do you care" I say as Zabini Smirks "well sorry for being nice" Ron says as he walks out the hospital wing "Come on Hermione they aren't worth our time" Harry says following Ron as Hermione looks at me "Zabini I thought we were friends...I guess I was wrong" Hermione says walking out the hospital wing.

I enter the great hall and see Harry Ron and Hermione sitting at the Gryffindor table "Sirius Black has Been signed" Dean says putting a newspaper in front of them "Dufftown that's not far from here" Hermione says looking up and noticing me he gives me a stare and continues talking to Harry and Ron....what have I done.

I was walking past the courtyard when I couldn't help but Hear Malfoy And Zabini conformation "I cant take it anymore" Malfoy says "We are leaving tomorrow Draco it will be fine" Zabini Says "But when I come back I still need to pretend to hate...Hermione" Malfoy says...Pretend?? "Look I'm sorry but this is for your father" Zabini says, I pretend to walk past them not noticing them but "Oh look who it is the MudBlood" Zabini says as I make eye contact with Draco eyes rushing to my eyes but u try to push them out the way...a boy who I was best friends with since 1st year...hugging...telling secrets and even having a crush on is now calling me a MudBlood.
