Since me and Draco broke up I haven't been the same, Draco haven't either...he's different..since it's my birthday I've decided to push the break up aside and be happy today but it's hard to look at Draco and not burst into tears.

I enter the great hall and sit down at the Gryffindor table, I look to my right to see Draco alone at the top of the table playing with his food...I sigh when "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" everyone shouts running over to me giving me bone crushing hugs "gosh you all gave me a fright" I say " I told them not to do it but they did" Luna says.

(Draco's P.O.V)
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY" I jump out my seat to see everyone running over to Granger giving her hugs...right it's her birthday...I look back down at my food thinking about the mission...kill my best friend...my ex girlfriend...the only person who I trusted and cared for the most...and if I don't do this...my family will die...mother..

I walk into Dumberdores office as he called me "Mr Malfoy I just wanted to ask you has anything been going on that's making you upset" Dumberdore says "no sir" "I have noticed you don't talk or hang out with Miss Granger and her friends anymore" Dumberdore says "Something happened...I'd rather not say" I say looking down at the ground "I see..you and Miss Granger have broken up from a previous relationship is that correct??" "Yes sir.." "is there anything going on you wish to tell me Malfoy" Dumberdore says as I look down at the floor "no sir" I say.

(Hermione's P.O.V)
I enter the great hall carrying presents for Harry Ron and Draco...yes Draco it is our friendship anniversary so I have to give him something even though I think he hates me.

I give Harry and Ron their presents as it is hand made scarfs. I spot Draco walking out the great hall so I follow him into the room of requirements, I hide behind a pile of broken wooden chairs as I see Draco pull off a big blanket on a....wardrobe??...wait this is the same wardrobe as the one in knockturn ally....a vanishing cabinet but why would Draco be involved with this.

Minutes go by of silence but it all broke when Draco burst into tears "Draco" I say getting out from behind the chairs, Draco turns to face me...his eyes filled with tears "Draco why are you in here and looking at a Vanishing cabinet" I say "leave Granger you won't understand" "Draco please...I still care about you..your my best friend" I say "we aren't friends any more and never will be again now leave I don't know why you followed me here but I don't want you here" Draco says walking over to me, as he walked passed me I grabbed him left wrist which made him flinch and...slap me..I look up at Draco tears in my eyes as I hold my left cheek "H-Granger I didnt-"  " forget it Malfoy" I say walking out the ROR tears running down my cheeks as I run into the Gryffindor common room ignoring everyone calling my name.

After Hermione left the ROR I noticed something on the ground...a present for me...I open it and it's a new photo album...filled with so many moving photos of Me and the others...what have I done...

I was walking in the halls when I notice Harry and Hermione sitting at the bottom of some stairs....Hermione is crying but what about..probably me...I try to walk away but "how does it feel harry..when you see Gean with Ginny" Hermione says "Feels like this" Harry says "I thought Draco was the one but no...not even Ron.." Hermione says "we still have each other Mione that's what matters" Harry says "but I'm worried about Draco something's up with him...he was looking at a vanishing cabinet in the ROR on Halloween...he also slapped me.." "WHAT why didn't you tell me this before" Harry says "I was to shocked and surprised I didn't know what to do...I'm sorry" Hermione says "it's alright" Harry says "I still think he's a death eater" Harry says as I couldn't take it any more "you think in a what" I say stepping into the light so the two can see me "death eater" Harry repeats as I look at Hermione I see her eyes filled with tears..she looks scared of me..

"I'm not a death eater Potter" I say "your acting like one...you never hurt Hermione so why did you slap her" Harry says "I didn't mean to.." "yes you did I say the anger in your eyes Malfoy..." Hermione says standing up "let's see your arm Malfoy" Harry says "what" I say giving a little laugh "your arm" Hermione says "You two are ridiculous nothing is on my arm now I'm leaving" I say running to the Gryffindor common rooms...this is getting more dangerous by the minute.

Tonight's the night...I open the vanishing cabinet as I head to the Astrometry tower.

Hermione is standing at the railing looking down at the ground her hair moving with the wind...I point my wand at her back but she notices and turns around "Draco.." Hermione says "I was chosen" I show my arm as tears come to her eyes "I have to do this...I have to kill you...or he's gonna kill me.." I say looking in her beautiful brown eyes "I love you" Hermione says tears won't stop falling down my face as one word could kill the love of my life...my first best friend and lover..my crush since 1st year..memories rush though my head "I'm hermione granger and you are" "Draco Malfoy" "I love you hermione" "I love you too"..."I hate you I hate you so much..".....
