Chapter 4 - Jewelry

(Jess' pov)
I gasped waking up....I felt so weird...like... someone was here with me...not like a ghost more like a real person next to me...I walked out and saw there were candles lit on Eric's old desk...My lipstick that I left behind was opened and so was Eric's white facepaint...
"What...is going on?"
I questioned then ran outside.I looked at Eric's grave and saw his casket door was opened and the ground was freshly opened
"Eric...he's back"
I said in shock as I ran off to go look for him...I had no idea where he was until I saw a crow flying away from me.It looked at me then cawed
"Are you...Eric's crow?"
I asked and it cawed then kept flying.I looked around and saw my skateboard!So i got on it and skated down the wet road.When the crow stopped I peered around the corner and saw a guy with a white painted up face and...that black guy that killed Shelly and Eric!He had the black guy known as Tin Tin pushed up against the wall
"You fucking murderer!"
the one in white makeup yelled...it had to be Eric.I knew it
"I aint no murderer man!I dont even fucking know you!Man what the fuck you want,man?!"
Tin tin yelled
"I want you to tell me a story...A man and two woman in a loft a year ago"
Eric said
"Youre out of your fucking mind-"
"Listen!"
Eric cut Tin tin off
"Im sure you'll remember.You killed them...on halloween"
Eric said
"Yeah,yeah,Halloween,yeah.Some dude and two bitches,whatever ma-"
Eric slapped Tin tin across the face
"The girls name is Jess.You cut her..you raped her"
Eric said
"Jess...yeah,yeah.I shanked her pink ass and she loved it!"
Tin tin said. I felt pissed the fuck off.I guess it pissed Eric off to because he was caught off guard as Tintin head butted him and made Eric move away.I gasped seeing Tin tin grab a pipe and hit Eric in the back and again acouple of times
~Eric!~
I thought alarmed
"Murderer?Murderer?Let me tell you something about murder.It's fun.Its easy and you gonna learn all about it"
Tin tin said as he took off his jacket and walked away from Eric abit.I wanted to help but the crow cawed as if warning me not to
"I'd like you to meet two buddies of mine"
Tin tin said swinging his blades
"We never miss"
Tin tin said as Eric got up.Tin tin threw the first blade but Eric ducked and it hit into a wooden crate as he started to walk twords Tin tin.Tin tin threw the next one but Eric slapped it away
"Try harder.Try again"
Eric said
"AHHH!"
Tin tin said throwing the next one but Eric caught it with both his hands having the blade point at his face.Tin tin starred in shock and fear but threw the last one hitting Eric in the side.Eric fell to the floor
"Ha!Now you gonna di-"
"Excuse me!"
I said taking the blade.Eric looked up and his jaw dropped
"You!?"
Tin tin said...well yelled
"Hey,I uh...I dont know this guy but...I hope he can get a second opinion"
I said and threw the blade hitting him in the shoulder.Tin tin yelled in pain.I ran to Eric and didnt make eye contact once.I kept my head down as I pulled out the blade.My eyes widened as I saw his wound heal in like 3 seconds...but nobody could tell because my bangs covered my face
"How the fuck are you still alive!"
Tin tin yelled
"Simple sweety...you didnt hit me hard enough...you didnt stab me deep enough..."
I held the blade that had pierced Eric
"And you didnt...break me"
I said as I threw the blade hitting him directly in the gut.I helped Eric up and looked away
"He's all yours"
I said and walked away.I knew Eric was going to kill him so my work was done.As I walked down the street I was passing a store...I believe it was a pawn shop...suddenly I got a flashback
*flashback*
Shelly and I were giggling such and such when she looked down at my necklace my mother gave me
"Whats this?"
She asked smiling
"Oh this?Its a heart shaped locket Eric got me...when Eric and I were just starting to be friends...he put a picture of us in it...but dont worry...this picture makes us look dumb"
I said giggling as I showed her me with glasses and Eric with braces
"Oh my god!Im marrying a nerd"
Shelly said and we both laughed hysterically
*end flash back*
I starred at the pawn shop for along time
"Yeah...I doubt my necklace will be in there.I wish I could find it though"
I said sadly as I walked off little did I know...I was being watched
(eric's pov)I heard Jess saying she wanted her necklace back...well I plan on doing that and getting Shelly's ring back too.I walked up to the door and knocked.
"Hey piss off!We're closed!"
Said the pawn shop owner but I only banged my hand on the metal fence infront of the door
"Go sleep it off somewhere else,dust-head, unless you want to get mutilated"
He said but I broke the lock and pulled open the gate and stood there waiting for him to open the door.I walked up to the door looking in seeing the guy as I tapped on the glass door slowly...very slowly
"Hey!Hey!"
He said but I broke the window door and the crow flew in.I walked in myself
"Suddenly I heard a tapping,as if someone was gently rapping,rapping at my chamber door'"
I dusted myself off from the broken glass shards the fell on me oh did I mention I now had Tintin's jacket?
"What are uou talking about?"
He asked confused
"You heard me rapping,right?"
I asked as I stepped up to him but he didnt answer my question
"Youre trespassing,and you owe me a new fucking door!"
He said pointing.I looked at the door and then looked back like I didnt give two shits about his stupid glass door
"Im looking for something in an engagement ring.Gold and also a heart necklace.Silver"
I said but he ignored me
"Youre looking for a coroner,shit-for-brains"
He said as he shot me.I stumbeled back but then when he saw me healing he got freaked
"Oh shit.Oh,shit on me!Shit on me...Shit on me!"
He said as I had a BIG smile on my face then I picked him up and threw him into his gate behind the desk.He got up quickly & tried to escape.I jumped on his desk and hung on a bar but I made it unseen to him for now.He picked up his bat & swung but saw I wasn't there.Then I hung upside down infront of him
"Mr. Gideon"
I said taking his bat
"You're not paying attention"
I said hitting him in the head light but hard enough to hurt alittle.
Another time I would of laughed at the stupidity of hisself but its no laughing matter.I jumped and kneeled on his desk then broke his glass desk and pulled out a knife and stabbed his hand to the wooden inside.I covered his mouth to muffle his screams
"I repeat,a golden engagement ring and a silver heart necklace with purple diamonds on the outside right?"
I asked and he nodded whining from his hand.I got up and let him go as I turned and began to talk
"They were pawned a year ago by a customer of yours named Tin tin"
I swung from the desk to inside a fenced room and looked at him
"He confided in me before he ran out of breath"
I said and then began to tear up the place looking for Jessie and Shelly's jewlrey.I threw a box of papers to the grown
"Warmer!?"
I asked Mr,Gideon
"What are you doing?"
He asked scarred
"Dont you know this game?"
I asked playing with him in a devious way
"What game?"
He asked still scared
"Ok the rings!I'll tell you the rings!Theyre in the metal box!Its under the shelf there!"
He said as I walked to it and opened it.I'd find Shelly's ring then Jessie's necklace.I pulled countless rings out with my eyes closed until I felt a warm feeling engulf me I had found the ring

I saw Shelly open my black box with the ring inside and she smiled big
"Oh,its beautiful.I dont believe it!
*end flashback*
I opened my eyes and looked at it
"Shelly..."
I said then kicked open the door and looked for Jess' necklace.I looked around until I saw a rotating thing on the desk.I walked to it and rotated it but I didnt see it...then i saw a jewlrey box filled with necklaces.I closed my eyes and felt around the necklaces until I got a flashback
*flashback*
I saw a girl crying on this pourch step infront of a crappy house...she looked to be 13
"Hey,whats wrong?"
I asked her and she looked up sniffling
"Hey...I go to school with you"
She said wiping her eyes
"I know we're in English together...so whats wrong?"
I asked again
"Oh...its nothing"
She said looking away.I saw a fresh red slap mark on her cheek
"Oh my god are you alright?"
I asked her worried
"Yeah...its best if you didnt get involved...last time my friend got involved my mom yelled at her.. she didnt want to be my friend anymore.. you wont want to be my friend either"
She sniffled but I only sat down next to her
"I want to be your best friend"
I said smiling weakly
"But why?Im not anything special"
She said but I put an arm around her
"Everyone is special...Im Eric by the way"
I said smiling
"Im Jessica...but call me Jess its good to have a friend"
She said as I wiped her tears away....
